The double jack was really good. I asked for extra cheese and they did not put it on there but she did correct it. The fries was ok nothing special. My wife and son liked the curly fries i did not. Tried the ham egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was ok but would bot order again. Want to try the sausage croissant the restaurant was clean. But ut is also still new. Did not check out the rest rooms. Prices seemed a little high. But what place isnt these days. I would definitely recommend and will definitely go back.

It’s great that Jack in the Box is out here now! I’m originally from California where you can find a Jack in the Box everywhere. I was surprised moving out here that there wasn’t a Jack in the Box anywhere in KY. When the first ones came in Louisville, we went. Shepherdsville is closer, but still a drive. Truly, if you want great fast food, Jack in the Box will not disappoint. The tacos are unique to themselves (I personally get ranch sauce to dip them in). The burgers and chicken sandwich/strips are great. The spicy chicken isn’t crazy hot, but has good flavor. The breakfast menu, which is 24/7, is awesome! In all, I’d say if you’re a “local” and you’ve never tried a Jack in the Box, try it out. Again, I’ll just say, it’s fast food, between McDonald’s and Taco Bell, you’ll be more satisfied with Jack in the Box.

Brought my wife and two kids here for lunch, it was our first time visiting Jack in the Box. The food was pretty decent and the atmosphere was what you’d expect for a fast food joint. But dang, the prices are insane! We ordered 1 large chocolate shake and 2 smalls, it cost me $15. The total bill ended up being $53. I’ll happily stop back in myself, but definitely not with the family.

We were lucky enough to be the first customers at this Jack in the Box! The owners are super nice and the crew is awesome. Food was great and everyone was so welcoming! There’s not a lot of these restaurants in the South, so if you haven’t had an opportunity to eat at one you should try them! They have a huge menu, serve breakfast, lunch and dinner all day long, and the food is made fresh when you order it.

Was really excited for opening day and was extremely disappointed. I ordered the build your own box, I got the double cheese burger, which had decent flavor once I wiped off the 3 lbs of sauces and grease, but even then I couldn’t finish. Then I got the 2 tacos, was most excited to try these and they were the worst! Shells stale and taco meat cold, not good at all. I got the halfsies fries, the curly fries gave Arby’s vibes and those were ok, but the regular fries were soggy and flavored with bad grease.

This isn’t real food — it’s heavily processed junk loaded with preservatives, artificial flavors, chemical additives, and insane amounts of sodium. The processed meats are full of nitrates, the sauces are packed with artificial coloring and flavor enhancers, and the overall ingredient list reads more like a lab report than a kitchen recipe.
You can literally taste how fake it is. Nothing feels fresh, nothing feels balanced, and you’re left feeling bloated and sluggish after eating here. It’s no surprise when you realize how much of this menu relies on fillers, emulsifiers, and sugar to mask low-quality ingredients.
Yes, it’s fast food — but other chains at least pretend to care about ingredient quality. Jack-in-the-Box doesn’t even try. If you care at all about your health, your gut, or what you’re putting into your body, do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.
