I rarely come here because every time it’s an issue. The employees are rude and their attitudes are disgusting. They rush you when ordering and act like you’re inconveniencing them when it’s their job. If you don’t like your job quit or take it up with your manager not customers. I had also tried to use my birthday reward and the girl at the window slammed the window in my face and gave me an attitude about how she couldn’t do it despite it being on my app. So instead of having to pay $4 for my meal I had to pay the full $11, when normally I wouldn’t have even gotten an original sized sand-which. Please do better with your employees or close this location down as a whole.

08/11/24- A little over a year and all I can say is the service has become WORSE. I order 3 to Turkey Tom’s and they still messed it up. One was supposed to have only cheese, mayo, and turkey. They other two was to have everything with extra cheese and 4 kicking ranch sauces. Well they gave me 3 Turkey Tom with everything on them and jalapeños ranch sauces. They put so much lettuce on the sandwich that you couldn’t close it and did not put extra cheese. I paid $39.00 for 3 sandwiches only to not get what I ordered. I am DONE with this place!!!! No more chances. If you like ordering food their way just go to Jimmy John’s in Lawrence they are destined to mess up your order and give you what they want you to have. Pissed and disappointed.
07/21/23-When I placed my order the employee taking my order was speaking extremely low, so I stated I was having a hard time hearing him/her and I was given immediate attitude. overlooked that and still placed my order. I paid and waited in the drive thru at the window for over 20 minutes. They were horse playing around and not one of them checked to see if I had my food. I paid for Jimmy chips, turkey Tom with 2 kicking ranch sauces, and asked for provolone cheese. I paid and gave a $5.00 tip only to not receive what I ordered. My sandwich was mangled, no provolone cheese and no chips, and last no receipt. The young lady that gave me my food asked me to pay and I stated I had already paid and left a tip. Which at this point I wish I had not. I asked the young lady for my chips and was told it would be another $1.34. I said I order chips and paid for my order. The young lady asked me for a receipt. I told her the young man that I paid did not give me a receipt. She said well, it’s just another dollar and change. I said no thank you and left. When I arrived home my sandwich was not made properly and missing the cheese i paid extra for. I will not revisit Jimmy John’s again if this is how they treat their customers. Extremely disappointed .

This is the worst sandwich I have ever received from Jimmy Johns. Barely any turkey, or tomatoes mostly mayo and lettuce. This was not representative of a jimmy johns sandwich and its ridiculous I had to pay so much more for this lack of a sandwich.
After it took 2 employees what seemed like 10 minutes to make 2 sandwiches I just was eager to get out of the store. The employees working this evening at this store at 8:00pm seemed high on drugs. I was even uncomfortable being there. Someone please do something about this Jimmy Johns.

The room layout at this location is horrible. I walked in and could not figure where to place my order or pickup. There was no greeting for me gravitate to when I walked in. When I ordered I asked about my receipt which was not given to me until what I had ordered was called. The calling order was based on what you had ordered versus a given order number/name. I had to verify if I had ordered the correct sandwich because I didnt recall the sandwich number on the menu.

Will never order from here again!!! Order my food at 12:30pm by 2pm nothing call the store to inquire because the app says it was delivered at 1:30. The delivery driver brings my order and instead of completing the transaction he trying to hold conversation with my manager in fact he came in asking for her when I am the one that ordered the food. He still here now hold conversation with my with her even though he still has several other deliveries. The store was if no help. The girl that answered the phone was clueless.. freaky fast not snail pace slow!!!

Wow, didn’t know if you spent over 50 bucks you got to bag your own food too! Was hard enough to give my order to the half deaf employee with the ear buds in, then after watching the other employee struggle with my sandwiches just point and say there’s the bags. Look, I’m capable of doing this all at home, it’s deli meat. You can’t even listen for 10 min or bag a freaking sandwich, just close up shop.
