DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE DINING IN!!!! The waiter David was very nonchalant and looked as if he hated his job and didn’t want to be there.
I’ve eaten here on several occasions over the years and never had a complaint. It was always lively and fun, with good food and drinks. I ordered a 10 piece with fries with a half cup of Jack and Coke. Yes I said a half cup cause thats all the bartender poured.
The wings were just ok. You can tell that we’re pre cooked by (Waymo) and sat under a light before the order was brought out. Ask for wet wings if you insist on going. I had to send my fries back because they were under cooked.
Now let’s get to the bill. They are cashless and charge 20% gratuity, mandatory if you dine in. That wouldn’t have been an issue if there was visible signage around the building. Thats something that should have been said upfront.
Please eat at you own risk…..

I had a great experience at J.R. Crickets! Our server, Shiba, provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. She checked on us regularly without being overwhelming and had such a positive attitude that made our visit even more enjoyable.

This was my first time at this location it was a great experience the waitress Sheba was on it. My drink was made by Rocky so good. The food was just as I remember Thanks Mike. I’m visiting from New Orleans and I’m happy we stopped by.

I got a delivery through Uber Eats on 9-13-2025. I got a 10 PC lemon pepper wings with fries and blue cheese. I ate at the Lawrenceville Hwy location the food was okay not memorable years ago before they closed and opened up in Tucker GA. I work in Tucker GA but I never visited that location because of all of the bad reviews! This location is the business my food was delicious cooked correct. I feel that every other location should train under them and this location every one should get a raise! I passed the other loan the original second location in midtown countless times ⛏️ up and dropping my sister off to the MegaBus but I never stopped by there. The food at this location is bussing that I’m reviewing right now. Compliments to the chef keep up the great work! Pull up and support.

They provided menus for dine in as well as had lunch specials on signs around the bar area.
The prices are reasonable and the food came quick. The wings are large and are delicious. Full of flavor and juicy. The fish is also pretty good. Service was great as well.
This is a cashless spot. They also have an outside patio for seating which opens after 3 or at 3pm.
Would definitely recommend.

10 out of 10 service was awesome my waitress Sheba was so nice and attentive. Chef Tyrell did he a great job with meal definitely please. Ms. Stella was very nice and made sure I didn’t feel forgotten. Restaurant clean and very good vibes DEFINITELY will be back.

Horrible customer service….The waitress closed my ticket out at 11:30 ….. closing time was 2am. This is my go to spot for wings, buffalo shrimp, wraps and Phillies. I thoroughly enjoy the patio when the weather is nice and the service is always great whether on the patio or not. In my most recent visit I was helped by Ashley and she was very diligent with us and has exemplary customer service and was very attentive to our needs. She shows concern for our experience when we go to have a drink as a group or just when I stop in for a bite to eat.
There is parking in back and on the side. The prices are reasonable and the food and service are great! I may go back today.
