Today, we stopped and got 2 cheeseburgers. We took them home, sat down, and took a bite. Both of our burgers were badly undercooked. I’m not sure if Braum’s cooks their burgers from frozen or fresh, either way, the meat was pink and a mushy consistency. We ended up having to cook them some more in the air fryer. We will be back to other Braum’s but definitely not this one.

There’s nothing more irritating than going through a drive-thru getting the food and driving off to a parking lot somewhere to eat it and they didn’t put plastic ware in the bag especially when they even asked me what kind of plastic and she still didn’t put it in there. Grr I guess it’s my fault… I should know better then to drive off without checking the bag.

One of the best stores in this locality. People here are very friendly. I have been to this place on numerous occasions for different purposes. Needless to say, they have plenty of varieties of ice creams, and if you are in need of basic groceries, or some good breakfast, and / or coffee, this is the place to go to. Considering the fact that there are many restaurants in an around E33rd St, this is a very good place to have desserts. I particularly like their breakfast combo where you can have bagels which have plenty of varieties to choose from, hash browns, and a small coffee all within $5. We ordered in the drive-thru. Our chicken tenders dinner was supposed to have 6 tenders, we got 5 and a nugget. We received no ketchup packets for fries ( not offered or asked), no napkins, our cookie was oatmeal raisin and we were expecting chocolate chip. The food was good but the service was lacking.

My three year old’s favorite restaurant is Braums, so I went on their website and asked if we could host a party at this store without burdening their business and the general manager, Jose, reached out to me and offered to blow up balloons for us. I never expected that they would decorate a whole little section of the cafeteria just for him! I thought that was so nice. If you go to the Braums in Edmond on Broadway and GM Jose is working there, tell him he is awesome! We had a blast.

They have good ice cream products. The hamburgers are OK. The hamburger is good but the buns are plain white bread and there is only one spot of ketchup.

Lady taking my order argued with me on everything I ordered. When I got to the window they were overcharging me, so I confirmed my order and found that she messed up the whole order. She went and got the manager, who then barked at me that I ordered it wrong. Very rude and unprofessional!

Literally just left there and my fry’s are all soggy and cold, my chicken sandwich is over cooked took 2 bites just to make sure and it’s not edible. Waste of $10. Wish I had time to go back and ask for them to remake the meal. I won’t be returning.
