We held an 80th birthday party here for my parents. Carol was amazing to work with; so patient and accommodating. The party came off without a hitch thanks to the dedicated staff and their professionalism. They anticipated our every need and took care of us and our guests as kindness and a servants heart! We had a great dinner and we had great service. Angel was a lot of fun! But, I’m sorry I was thoroughly disappointed with my ribs. I got the quarter rack and quarter chicken combo is order chicken combo with potato salad and salad. My chicken was absolutely delicious possibly the best chicken I’ve ever eaten! They were very thin and way way overcooked I couldn’t even eat them and I was really looking forward to them. They were too tough to bite. I’m sure these guys must have made some good ribs at some point but mine was very disappointing

Good food and service. Price is good for the quantity of food you get. Dining room is small, but there is plenty of outdoor seating. Also, a wonderful event building is available for large parties.

Should be named,”World Famous JP’s BBQ”! They were the main foodie attraction at the OH State Fair for decades. We learned of them at a catered Christmas party and a wedding. We’ve had them cater our OSU home tailgate parties at the “shoe” “for several years now. Their meats and sides are delicious, the gorgeous fruit, veggie and cheese trays are uniquely made with loving care, for an elegant display. We’ve been to an affair at their event center at Bolton Field and the relaxing lighting creates a unique ambience for any occasion or party. You should try them or have dinner in their airfield restaurant.
