Everything about this place is good. Nobody speaks English. That’s how you know the food is going to be amazing!!! Incredible Gorditas, rice light and fluffy, beans perfectly refried with cheese sprinkled on top. And I had a Jarritos Pineapple Soda. You can’t beat it. 12 dollars of happiness!! Best Mexican food in town.

The Gorditas here can’t be beat. It’s just a smallish diner nothing special. Good salsa and chips if you’re eating in restaurant. I’ve had flautas here as well as the delicious chile relleno burrito. All good. They were having some serious phone problems the week of dec 18 2025. The call rang through then immediately hung up so we had to drive down and order in person. Hopefully they got that figured out. Otherwise the service is good and friendly.

I went their today for the first time, I ordered the gorditas and I absolutely LOVED them!!! I had the best server “Ivonne”. Right when I got there she was very welcoming and nice♥️ I 1000% recommend this place for your next meal! She also gave me a free empanada ☺️!

Ordered burritos from Grubhub. I ordered a bean and cheese, picadillo, huevos con chorizo and chile rojo. Bean and cheese was so bland and the tortilla tasted like old grease from the flat grill. I just started the picadillo and stopped after two bites. The meat appears to be a hamburger patty chopped up and tastes old and greasy. Even adding the salsa that came with it doesn’t help. There’s literally no flavor to that either besides grease. The chorizo was alright but the chile rojo also has no flavor. Each burrito was 5-7 dollars and for that cost they should be amazing. Will never order from here again. Yuck.

Tried their pozole and it looks really good rich broth, good portions, and made the traditional Mexican way. The gorditas were also on point, fresh and packed with flavor. You can tell the food is made with care and feels like real Mexican comfort food. Definitely recommend stopping by.

It has a very cozy atmosphere, the staff was very friendly and said hi to everyone that came in. I had the flautas and I was pleased with the presentation. The portion was huge and I had trouble finishing it, so that a plus if you have a large appetite. Overall it’s a nice Mexican joint.
