Horrible! Beyond horrible! I ordered burger, wings and fries and it was the worst! The burger was SO small and covered with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and ketchup. The fries with not appetizing and the wings were HARD and unappetizing. Please stay away. It lacks quality!

My Bf purchased the fish combo & a chicken Philly for me. The fish was straight from the freezer & the breading was falling off of the fish. The fries needed to be cooked about 5-10 mins longer they were undercooked. Sub par meal neither I or my Bf will be going back.

Poor customer service. I call to order but I was immediately asked to hold. After holding for 5 minutes, the call was disconnected. Basically, they hung up on me. I immediately called back, but no one answered for 12 consecutive calls. When someone finally answered, immediately I was asked to hold again. This time while holding, I was on hold listening to the person who answered talk about what they were going to do tonight. Finally, she came back and took my order.

I ate there on 8/12/2016 a little after 12:00pm and got some of the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten. As another reviewer said, the cashier clearly hates her job, so I hope whoever’s managing that place does her a favor and lets her go. Aside from the unwarranted rude behavior and attitude, my patronage didn’t feel welcome or wanted, so I’ll never eat there again.

It smelled so good when I walked in and I was the only waiting customer so I was ready to be wowed…… but after standing at the counter for 8 minutes while the guy took phone orders I decided to walk out. He literally took 3 phone orders while telling me to hold on, unbelievable! Isn’t it kinda first come first serve? Or just general customer service to take the order of the person in front of you since HELLLOOOOO, THEY’RE IN FRONT OF YOU?!? So disappointed man
