I ordered chicharrón with fried yuca and it was delicious! The pork melts in your mouth. Ask for their dipping sauce! Hubby enjoyed a cachapa with meat and cheese. We definitely recommend this spot!

I’ve been going to this little tavern for as long as I can remember. They sell bar food beer on tap. Live bands are constantly playing they sell pizza to go. Employees have always been friendly and more than helpful when it comes to menu choices. They have tons of specials and they are very reasonable when it comes to prices. Another good thing about this place is that it’s also a liquor store. They don’t technically sell liquor past certain hours unless you order it at the counter, but when it comes to buying late night beer, they will have you covered. The selection isn’t the greatest but it’s the best option when all the liquor stores are closed you can always count on Ivy to sell you a 6 pack of beer or whatever you may be interested in. I would recommend.

Not a tavern at all. Just a regular bar that sell alcohol. No ambiance, no music. Small mugs of beer. Friendly staff…non existent. Bartender hung out with her friends and spoke Spanish the whole time. If you looking for a nice Jersey tavern, skip this place.

We had dinner here last night. We ordered off the new dinner menu which is Spanish Portuguese food. It was phenomenal! We had the clams salsa verde for an appetizer and the clams were cooked perfectly and the sauce was the best green sauce we have ever eaten. We had the seafood rice for 2. It was delicious. Full of seafood and the tomato saffron sauce was awesome. My husband and I highly recommend giving the new Ivy Tavern Restaurant Menu a try. You won’t regret it. Chef Jose does a wonderful job! We can’t wait to go back!
