Don’t bother ordering from here, no ability to change or remove additions from the delivery apps and the store won’t pick up even after ringing them 8+ times to just ask them make my meal without sauce. The food was excellent! I love arepas and I always get the steak arepa. They prepared it perfectly and all ingredients were fresh. The shakes were really good (of course). Definitely not watered down. The only thing was we ordered a dessert we did not receive in the bag. Other than that the food and the service was great!

Food was great, customer service was on point, but cleanliness needs to be better at this restaurant. The ceiling was stained from water damage, the floor needed to be swept & moped, and the windows had fingerprints & streaks, and their tables were dirty. They also should not put their music in full blast, some people mind want to be able to hear the cashiers take their orders.

Until this morning I would’ve given them a 4/5 star rating, but after having ‘last nights’ leftovers for my morning OJ (and tossing it), I can barely give them 2 stars. I’m sorry, but there is no excuse for doing something like this. I tried stomaching the taste, but had to toss the drink, ran inside another shop to grab something else (no way was my son drinking that). I hope they read this and make sure they have fresh juice as opposed to leftovers.

If I could give it no starts I would.The worst place I’ve even been to in my whole life. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.Its super dirty and disgusting I don’t recommend it at all i prefer the other one in Maddison you could tell the difference.
