This is absolutely one of my favorite spots on the beach. I’m addicted to their delicious gourmet shakes and teas. The bonus is that they are good for you, but they truly taste decadent! The waffles are crazy good. Also one of the friendliest establishments on the beach! You’re guaranteed to be greeted with a smile! Very happy vibe in this place.

My family and I stumbled upon this place while we were on vacation in Fort Myers. Each of us got a different kind of health shake. All of them were really delicious and full of protein and other good stuff. I loved the smoothie So much that I had to go back one last time before I left for the airport. I wish there was a place like this in my town. Also, the owners are really friendly and knowledgeable.

I visited Wave of Vitality over spring break on Fort Myers Beach. Initially, I thought it was going to be a smoothie place with things like açaí bowls, fresh fruit, etc.. I was caught off guard to find that their smoothies are more of a weight loss/meal replacement shake filled with various powders. I had the orange banana pineapple smoothie and I enjoyed it. My friend had a mixed berry smoothie and it tasted a bit like protein powder, which isn’t what we were expecting. Overall, I would go back. Great place to go for a refreshing & filling protein shake. Also, with the smoothie, we got free aloe tea which was a nice plus! Great family environment and very clean on the inside.

Hands down best smoothie I have ever had in Florida. The owner Filiz was so helpful in finding me the perfect flavor for me (s’mores). I’ll definitely be back to try one of her fitness events! After we left the amount of energy I had from the shake and tea was mind blowing. Can’t wait to come back!!!

I’ve been to this place twice and both times Kenny has been extremely professional, helpful and friendly! On top of that, the mixed berry smoothie is one of the best I’ve ever had. Looking forward to going to their beach workout on Saturday morning!

You’re making a mistake if you don’t make this place a pit stop on your visit to Fort Myers Beach! Incredibly welcoming staff and atmosphere, drinks that are almost unbelievable in how healthy and low calorie they are despite the great flavor. Will be coming back every time I’m in the area
