The most deceitful restaurant I’ve been to. The menu is extremely tricky with the item “hamburger” as one that pisses me off. I ordered the “hamburger” thinking it’s the first item and shouldn’t be expensive and should be basic. Well for my 12 year old daughter, wife, and I, the bill came to $60.23! I learned after I took my first bite that this hamburger was 2 patties. I didn’t order this thing fancy as the cashier was offering the works. I just wanted my hamburger the old fashioned way, buns, lettuce, patty, mustard, raw onions, and mayonnaise. My wife ordered the same and my daughter ordered a plain hotdog just dog and buns with a milkshake. We did order 1 medium fountain drink. When she rang up the total I asked the cashier why it was so expensive. She just said all items are listed and they don’t offer a combo meal. She could’ve told me that the hamburger was a double patty for starters. VERY DECEITFUL MENU!!!

Got a take away order; just a little cheeseburger and cajun fries. After many years of great Five Guys on two different continents, my first US Five Guys experience was deeply underwhelming. Service was quick and friendly. However, the burger was smashed to hell and had big gaps in the patty. Five Guys isn’t even a smashburger joint, but if they were, they would be doing it wrong. I also did not order pickles on my burger, as I dislike them intensely. They piled the pickles on, which I didn’t discover until 20 minutes later, as I drove home and then ate. By then, the burger was properly polluted. The fries were well-seasoned but floppy. Not a bit of crisp to them, which is why I loved their fries so much in the first place. I find it curious that reviews mention the fry issue frequently, but clearly that doesn’t change. For $18 I really expect more.

Well not too excited about their bacon burgers. Bacon was wispy, it really ought to be crispy with some actual meat.

Their fries were a little over cooked, but the give you plenty to munch on.

Haven’t been to 5 Guys in over 5 years

This was the second time and as usual, way overpriced, and my Salted Caramel Shake was nothing but a marginal Vanilla shake.

The fries were overly greasy, limp and not really flavorful. The burger was okay, and I’ve had better burgers, elsewhere.

Not a place to take a large family, hopefully 5 Guys has a loan dept for financing their meals.

We’ve always loved Five Guys Bugers & have never had a bad experience or anything wrong with our food. We’ve been to quite a few from coast to coast! But tonight when I opened my lettuce wrapped burger, a sticker was melted into my food 🙁 pretty disappointing…I understand they were pretty busy but PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOOD YOURE SENDING OUT THE DOOR!!

Food was great but the guy who served us charged me for water while he gave my friends free caps for water.

It’s Five Guys! Big burgers, with your choice of toppings, and epic fries. They always give you extra fries, and the Cajun flavored ones are the best! The burgers aren’t cheap, and a bit on the greasy side, but sometimes a big ol’ greasy burger is just what you want, right? This location also has shakes – the bacon caramel is recommended. Also, here’s a little secret : if your burger already comes with cheese or bacon, you can ask for extra for free! Try it!

Ordered a sandwich through Ubereats, received a completely raw meat inside. Manager refused to send me another sandwich. I was told that I have to pay for uber again to receive my sandwich.

Tasty but $20 for a little (1/4lb) bacon cheeseburger, small fries, and coke is too much. It’s actually the same as I pay at my favorite silicon Valley burger restaurant for a 1/2 lb bacon cheeseburger.

This spot needed better cleaning. Employees were helpful, friendly, and working hard but there may have been 2 or 3 guys/gals certainly not 5, and so they did not have time to clean properly.

Corporate Five Guys, please stop being greedy. Lines are too long at In-And-Out and it’s making me sad.
