There was a wide variety of options to choose from, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Everything was well-balanced, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I honestly enjoyed every dish I tried.
If you’re looking for a place with fresh ingredients, great variety, and delicious sushi, I would definitely recommend this spot. I’d love to come back again!
It was late and I wanted a quick and easy dinner. There seems to be many sushi options around this area, little did I know this unassuming building next to a gas station would be so good.
I walked in at 8:30pm on Sunday and was given a table after less than a two minute wait. The restaurant was still packed! My server arrived quickly with a smile and a menu. I ordered Tuna, Yellowtail Nigiri and a Spicy Tuna Roll and hot tea. My Nigiri order arrived within a few minutes. Wow! I’ve not seen Nigiri this big, fresh AND it had a what I will call a Sashimi chaser on top, a slice of fish on top of my Nigiri. The quality of fish is very good. My total was $23.30. Try getting that anywhere on The Strip.
The next night I was considering many dinner options but some how I ended up back at ITs Sushi. This time about a five minute wait for a table. My server from the previous night recognized me and stopped to say hi as well as another server that recognized me. I was given a menu and he asked me if I would be having the all you can eat. Wait, what! I had no idea this place had a AYCE option. That explains why the couple next to me the night before had like ten plates of food at their table.
AYCE for $34.95 is an unbeatable value. I definitely ate more than I would have normally. I had four orders Nigiri, two Nigiri specials, one house special and one roll. A few items missed the mark. I didn’t care for the Cucumber Salad. Ami Ebi, the fired head was soggy and smelled a bit off and there was dipping sauce. My server suggested the Seafood Poke Nacho. I didn’t care for it. Drenched in sauce and the “tortilla chips” were more of a puff pastry. This menu is stacked, you can’t win them all. My only caution is a lot of rolls are drenched in sauces, so you may want to request to go easy on the sauce.
The service is quick and servers are helpful and friendly. The place is noisy, but it didn’t bother me.
Plenty of easy parking.
I have a dairy allergy, which can make dining out stressful…. Too often, servers aren’t fully aware of ingredients or methods of cross-contamination (like cleaning utensils properly), and that usually limits where I feel safe eating. This is not the case here.
Over our last several visits(tonight was our most recent visit 1/23/26 around 5-6pm), we’ve consistently been helped by Jason (usually wearing a baseball hat), and a Spanish lady with glasses and with a pony tail… she wasn’t there tonight… but Jason was…. They both are hands-down are some of the most knowledgeable and attentive servers I’ve EVER had. They both truly know the menu, understand the ingredients, and when there’s any question, they don’t guess…they check with the kitchen…. which adds to my feeling of safety when eating here…
I was happy to see Jason working and because of his awareness and care, I can actually relax and enjoy my meal….which is rare and incredibly appreciated. Great service like this is hard to find, and is one of the reasons this restaurant will continue to get our business.
The service was quick and our server and their team were very helpful.
Food came to our table faster than we could eat.
get: salmon egg, seared tuna, seared salmon, squid, lemon salmon, screaming o salad, salmon carpaccio, affogato
the server also forgot a couple of our orders that we ordered for ayce and the food never came
music is a little loud
Service: 5/5 – super friendly and patient as we debated what rolls to order. He quoted us about 15 minute wait for our food and it was fairly accurate.
Ambiance: n/a – ordered food to go.
Value for price: 5/5 – $30 (before tax and tip) for 4 rolls is an amazing price! The food was good and we just ate at a park around the neighborhood. We would definitely do the to go orders again!
We ordered several different rolls, hot dishes, and appetizers — everything from basic rolls to their specialty ones — and nothing stood out. The Beef Bulgogi was the worst of all: it was extremely dry, tasted old, and was genuinely unpleasant. My fiancé literally spit it out immediately, and I’ve never seen him do that before.
The rolls were just okay, but they left me with a stomachache for the rest of the night — which has never happened to me, and I eat sushi all the time. As someone who’s been to many amazing sushi spots in Las Vegas, I can confidently say this place is NOT it.
Save your money and pick a better sushi spot on Spring Mountain!
