Delayed my order by an hour and apparently didn’t store my wings anywhere warm? They arrived cold and when I called, they told me to to contact DoorDash who then gave me $5 credits. Mmmm no, sorry. I need a full refund or a new order that’s temped correctly. I have no way of knowing how long this food has been lying out and ServSafe qualifies that as spoiled and unsafe to eat. Let’s fix this please.

Ordered my food on the DoorDash app for It’s Just Wings last night, when I opened the box only one wing had sauce and the rest were completely dry. The food was also cold. Very disappointed for my first experience.

Ordered a few times now and all in all it’s pretty good, minor issues twice. First time we had a problem, the amount of seasoning on the lemon pepper wings was lacking big time and today I received 6 wings instead of the 8 I ordered. I’m willing to overlook slight issues like this, because the smoked lemon pepper wings are really tasty and have become my favorite wings around here. My son also rates their garlic Parmesan boneless wings a10 out of 10. **** Just a side note – when you order they automatically have it set to a 20% tip but you can change that, to any amount of your choice, you just have to pay attention before checking out!!!

I was talked into ordering from this place but will definitely be back and a loyal customer! The boneless wings are truly wings and they are generously covered in your choice of sauce. Service was quick, they are open late and the combo is great value for the price.

Placed an order around 10:15 pm. Order was due at 10:41. I called at 10:47 asking if my food was going to be a moment. They informed me that they closed early and that i would not be able to get the order. That’s really unfortunate. But then it does not have a cohesive refund option because they said on Google that my order was pickup and good. That is not the case. Hopefully they will make this right as I am from out of town. All I need is my refund. I will update as soon as it’s resolved.
Update: My refund took quicker than I expected. Looking back, the person on the phone was nice and explained it gently. Also I have a local It’s Just Wing’s, so hopefully it tastes well. It has been resolved quickly and amicably.

I doordashed food and at first it was supposed to be 30 minutes but it came like 2 hours after I ordered it. Not only that the food was really cold and one of my wings were red in the inside like blood red and it was probably expired. Would NEVER order from here again. I gave it a star cause I couldn’t give it 0 !!!

I rarely give reviews, but today I was amazed how great the food was. First time ordering wings here. The lemon pepper wings were Crispy and flavorful. The Buffalo boneless were nearly perfect and don’t get me started on those fried Oreos…. Highly recommend this wing places!

Ordered 16 wings which includes curly fries and ranch. Did not get fries, only wings with blue cheese. Wife called twice to get it fixed and server acted like she had no idea fries were included online. Really sad how average the food was and how poor service is. Chili’s might want to get them out of their restaurant.

I don’t know what’s going on at this place, but wow the food was fire. There oreos were perfectly deep fried to be crisp but not hard. The wings had legit the perfect amount of sauce not to much to drop but enough the wing wasn’t dry. 5 stars all the way. Oh and maybe I’m simple but the fact that it’s just wings….. awesome, there was zero deliberation on what to get from this household.
