Just left there with a single pepperoni Deep Deep Dish. The pizza was not cooked all the way through and was half raw dough. Payed extra for extra pepperoni and it hadly had any on it at all. Gross. No even worth the energy to return it and complain.

Ordered on app 524pm to be ready at 638pm. No notification ever came. 710pm they said one pizza was ready so I figure the rest will come out soon. 739pm i check to follow up and they couldn’t find my order. Let’s see if I even get a refund. Also workers in the back wearing visors having hair 4-5 inches long and NO HAIR NETS.

They over charged my card by $45 and when I came back for a refund they refused to give me my money back I had to argue with two managers and they still would not give me a refund. They just said corporate would called me and never did. It’s so funny because when I first came in she was like oh you were the one from yesterday no I wasn’t so obviously they overcharge somebody else also. I ended up having to just dispute it with my bank and do a lot of paperwork. Customer service there is horrible and very rude nobody wants to help you. They said they couldn’t even see my transaction in the computer and that I used cash that day which I didn’t because it’s clearly on my bank statement. Do not trust your card at this store I ended up having to cancel my card just to be safe. It’s not worth the hassle.

For being a busy spot and a way crowded shopping area, you would think the owner of this one would actually have the help to supply the pizza. Always a wait no matter what time of day, you make the business… give your employees more hours. Never had a problem with the food or service just feel bad they have no help.

I ordered online at 5:53 and said it would be ready between 6:35-6:40. It’s now 7:05 and still no pizza. It looks like a lynch mob is starting to form outside the store. I called and they said they’re doing they’re best.
