The burgers are pretty good, sometimes way over cooked, but I like they take the time to put it together without a huge mess in the wrapper. However, the new fries are terrible. I won’t order a combo or fries any longer. The old ones were great, bring them back!

The food was okay. The burger was a little dry. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and and onion rings with an apple pie.
I got the burger, drink and the onion rings and pie. I didn’t get my fries.

Was my favorite place in town for an awesome burger until this year. They changed their fries, to what seems to be a cheaper fry. The fry portion is smaller as well. The burger quality seems like it went down hill as well. The drink cups are way smaller and the price increased on the meal. Went from my favorite place to eat, to middle of the barrel. Very unfortunate

I have not once had a bad experience with burger time . Until tonight , we got burnt fries and basically scraps of fries that were just crunchy pieces at that point. Not even a full fry , where I work let me tell you . The fries I got tonight do not pass for customer approval.

Super quick service! I wasn’t sure what was in the Black and Blue burger but the employee explained it to me. The fries were delicious and so was the burger. It was fun seeing there reaction to my dog too! Kind employees who were speedy but still took the time to say hi.

“What, you have to pay for little packets of sauce, ketchup? Yes, you pay for that, its not included”. I have never seen that before anywhere. Also, the bigger burger was the same size as regular burgers my family got. I am not a regular, I suppose, I was there 4 years ago once, I just remember the bigger burger being a little bigger than all the others. I think they are trying to keep prices down as much as possible. Food was good, fries I have seen better elsewhere. All the food did seem fresh and hot. Don’t really have an interest going out of my way to eat there.

The fries are awfully seasoned now and for some reason sweet. The fries appear to be “fresh cut”. Drinks are smaller. Mac and cheese bites werent awful. Everything was more expensive. The guy taking our order was very impatient and rude. Only upside is the burgers seem to be the same, though way less sauce.
