Today was my first time visiting It’s All Gravy Trattoria, but it certainly won’t be my last! I knew that I was in for a treat when I saw the small menu (usually means fresh ingredients). I had the shrimp and lobster ravioli and my husband had the chicken parmigiana and both dishes were phenomenal! Everything tasted so fresh! The establishment is very clean and the staff are very friendly. You don’t want to miss checking this place out if you are in the area!

Wonderful first experience at the new It’s All Gravy. We arrived late in the afternoon before the dinner rush and dined al fresco and shared a few bottles of Sauvignon Blanc, the Polpette and Mozzarella Fritta appetizers, and the Chicken Piccata entree. Everything was fantastic! Our sever was attentive and gave wonderful recommendations. The porch is perfect for a small group, waiting for your to go order/ table or just having a drink or a bite while enjoying the beautiful sunset and sound side views. The inside is beautiful and welcoming with fresh clean colors. Highly recommend visiting for dine in or take out when on the Outer Banks!

Cute place! It’s quite small, but it’s endearing. There was only one other group in the place while we were there (we went in June). Ordered the Shrimp Fra Diavolo which was very delicious and the perfect amount of spicy. Large portions, except the tortellini was smaller. Didn’t try any wines or desserts. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. I would definitely come here again!

It was my first time ordering takeout, or at all, from this restaurant. I was very excited because I just wanted some decent pasta. I got the tortellini formaggio to go for $14. There was nobody inside when I went to pick up my food. Once I got it home and opened it, I was very disappointed. While the pasta tastes decently good, there was barely any pasta in the entire dish. When pushed to the side, the pasta fills up less than half of the dish it came in. I really wish I saved my money and spent it elsewhere where I could’ve gotten my money’s worth.

My husband and I had looked at this restaurant on the Web while on a brief vacation to the Outer Banks, NC. We cannot wait to return and are already planning a second trip just to eat here. The service was amazing and the Italian appetizers, cuisines, desserts, and excellent wines and local beers were absolute perfection! Please stop by and take time to enjoy a fantastic meal and to meet the tremendous staff. My husband and I will be back there in a few weeks just to eat here. We both adore and appreciate wonderful foods and atmospheres. Thanks, again, to all of you!

This place was wonderful! The food was great, service too! Our 2.5 year old was acting out so bad that dad took him out to the car while everyone else ate, leaving me to pack up his meal to bring home for him. We were about to pull out and the nice man running the place came out to the car to chat with him and give him a fresh drink to take home with his dinner. They chatted for a good 15 mins! Very friendly and nice atmosphere.

I would not add this as a must visit place in OBX but the food was very good. The restaurant gives a bit too much of a ‘trying to make this look upscale’ vibe thay does not match it’s location. I had the sub, which was amazing and the other food all looked great with large portions.

Newly renovated space was warm and inviting. Shrimp fra diavolo was outstanding, with the exact perfect amount of heat that did not mask the flavor of the fresh shrimp. Meatballs were plentiful and homemade, delicious taste! . Sauce was a bit sweet, but fresh and tasty. Service was excellent! I’d only suggest serving a little bread with the meal. We highly recommend!
