Ordered from here on uber eats. my pizza had mouse poop underneath it. my 5 year old had already ate a slice of it. the poop was like imbedded in the slice as if it was cooked into it. I am beyond disgusted and upset. I reported on uber eats and took a picture on the app, i threw it away before taking a photo in my own phone. i don’t recommend ordering from here.
EDIT: Since yall replying saying yall don’t have proof to support my claim. HERE is proof to support that i ordered from yall on Friday 1/02 and my message with uber eats support minutes after my food arrived. I don’t lie on establishments, I’ve ordered here before and didn’t have any issues. So I was DISTURBED at what i found. So take it up with Uber eats.

There is no way there’s a single Italian person working at this restaurant because this may have been the worst spaghetti I’ve ever had. The sauce was SWEET like they added sugar to the sauce. On top of that it was a lot of sauce and it was hard to even get any pasta on my fork. I ended up transferring it to a plate to try and get rid of some of the sauce and noticed how watery the sauce actually is because it’s pooled up in the corners. Pasta was overcooked as well. No self respecting Italian would sell this slop!

We had salad the day before we had this experience. The salads were amazing the food the next day chicken cheesesteak horrible and cheesesteak disgusting dry, nothing on it that was suppose to be. I pray they do better with other items on their menu. We even called back and customer service was not great. We was tout on hold then told they would give us a call back. Unacceptable.

This was a nice little surprise. I got the three cheeses Cheesesteak which comes on a garlic roll. I like this cheesesteak. It seems like everyone ordering had a special order and it did not upset the nice people at the Italian Kitchen. I think I can draw with all my inner J Cole and build something beautiful on the three cheeses Cheesesteak Foundation. It was cheesy. It was garlicy. The roll had a nice toast. It was under $10. I would have liked more meat. I get/understand the whole melting the cheese on top but I still like my cheese mixed in with my meat.

I was new to the area at the time, and had no frame of reference on good take out so I tried this place on a whim. This is the worst take out experience I have ever had in my life. The delivery driver must have dropped my food. The box looked like it was falling apart and it was covered in grease and sauce. When I greeted him at the door I noticed he was missing a chicken Parm dinner and a cheeseburger platter. He said he would come back with it. I called the restaurant to tell his boss I was missing half of my order and the woman on the phone had me send her pictures of the food. She then told me that I was lying and that the delivery driver said he gave me all of my food. They would not refund me any money and they did not bring me the missing items of my order. I paid 58.00 plus a tip for a congealed stromboli and garlic knots dropping in dirty grease. The customer service is what upset me the most. I got the impression that she was miserable and wanted everyone around her to be miserable as well. I hope the people that own the place realize that their manager is losing customers due to her lack of professional courtesy and her inability to listen and problem solve effectively.
