I would give them more stars but I was a bit turned off. The food was good. Better than expected. Hala was very nice and professional. The issue was the bill. They charge automatically for gratuity then give options for additional tip. I felt forced to tip for one, then I was given an amount to tip secondly. My son had a slice, which I paid for extra cheese ($.50) and it looked as if it was regular cheese…it was thin and flat. DEFINITELY NOT your NY pizza. I am from NY and I have yet to find a pizzeria close to NY. The garlic knots are good just a bit oily.

I placed an order for delivery, the woman on the phone was difficult. Not mean but didn’t seem to have a handle on simple information. Kept putting me on hold or stepping on me when I tried to speak. Food subpar at best. When the delivery man got here my receipt had a $3.50 delivery charge, fine no problem. But when he handed me his phone to sign for my credit card and give him his tip it had predetermined tips, first was for $11.47, next $15 and some change. I’m no cheapskate and gave him an additional $5 but I think $8.50 for delivery less than a mile away is more than fair. This tipping at the counter in walk up restaurants or other stores is out of hand. Expecting +- $15 for delivery is ridiculous. It’s not a restaurant where the waiter or waitress is coming to my table multiple times. I tip 25% in restaurants most of the time unless Service is poor but never under 15% even if the service is terrible.

they took the personal stuffed pizzas off the menu and broke my heart!!! ☹️ Good food but, without my go to pizza I’ll probably frequent the place much less.

Pizza was not fresh at all. They literally put pepperoni on top of an already cooked cheese pizza and just heated it up (barely). You could pull the pepperoni clear off. Would not recommend. The place is also not very clean.

We support small/family owned businesses but we have yet to receive good service whenever we dine in. Today, the food was delicious but the service was not! You can’t continue having only one waitress. Whether it’s a weekend or weekday or if you show up early in the evening, the service is still slow. She got our order right but did not glance in our direction or ask for a refill or anything. Order was taken and good luck if you needed anything. We had to try to get her attention several times just to get a refill. My pizza got cold waiting to see if she would pass by so I could ask for oregano or red pepper flakes since they were not offered. A smart business owner would make decisions that are best for the business and to maintain clientele. Hiring another server will earn you more money and keep more customers walking in the door and returning. It will help not hurt your business. We will be back when you hire more Staff.

This place is FANTASTIC! We were on vacation, tired of park & resort food, and craving some good spaghetti. We found the Italian Garden and we’re 100% satisfied with the quality and taste of the food as well as the service. Next time we’re back in Orlando, we’ll visit again. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!
