I have dined at Istanbul Bay Premium in Marlboro three times, and overall my experiences have been positive. The food quality has been consistently good, with well-balanced flavors and thoughtful presentation.
The mixed grill was particularly impressive. The selection of meats was well-seasoned and cooked properly, and the presentation was visually appealing. It’s a dish I would highly recommend to first-time visitors.
Service has generally been satisfactory. However, on one occasion, our server was not particularly friendly or attentive, which slightly impacted the overall experience. That said, my other visits were smooth and enjoyable.
The pricing is somewhat on the higher side, but the quality of the cuisine and the overall dining atmosphere justify the cost.

What a wonderful experience! My mom and I visited and we absolutely loved everything about this restaurant- from the food, to the atmosphere to the friendly service. We were offered a complimentary delicious bread and olives to start. I ordered my favorite dish, İskender kebap, and it was so good. My mom ordered the karışık pide and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The portions were big, so there was plenty of leftovers. It felt like we were in Istanbul. We will definitely be going back!

Meet the server was amazing. All the dishes were awesome. Very hard to choose what to get. Falafel balls tasted great and went very well with free unlimited pita bread with free tea and free olives in flavored olive oil. Fish was cooked well and portions were pretty decent. They kept refreshing the silverware and the used dishes. Kept table very neat. Definitely recommend place for a gathering.

We came here for a group dinner and it was a great experience! All the main dishes including the fried calamari, chicken Adana, and lamb shish kebabs were phenomenal. The complimentary bread and hot tea were great touches as well.
Best part was when the staff delivered a desert with a birthday design on it to commemorate somebody at my table, as well as a basic birthday song which is much appreciated! The dry ice design was very cool looking.
Staff were very friendly, great service overall.

We had our mom’s 60th birthday dinner here and really enjoyed our experience. My mom loves the restaurant and it was a very elegant experience for our party of 20 ladies. The waiter and waitress (Aytiken and Soyle) were so helpful and made the night special for my mom. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great.

Ambience was great for special occasions and for groups! We ordered a platter, lamb and chicken were served on top of each other, so the group who don’t enjoy lamb didn’t like the taste of chicken as well! Otherwise, it’s a great place to try out middle eastern food

It’s one of those places where we must return to sample some of the other delights. It’s a bit pricey, I will admit it. But I have been to expensive restaurants and left feeling that I was “ripped off“. And I have been to expensive restaurants that leave me, satisfied, knowing that I paid for quality cuisine. This is one of those places.
Even the baba ghanoush and hummus were excellent. If you’re happy with the hummus, you get at Costco in the 5 gallon (lol) container, this will blow you away.
The Istanbul premium special, the grilled meat baked inside the casserole, see the video, was so good that we ended up eating it for two additional meals in the next day
The lahmacun had a great flavor. The way to roll it up and prepared it for us, see video.
The fresh pita was a real treat
There is plenty of seating and they have a parking lot so parking is not a problem

Wow! Coming from the inner city, this place is now my top choice for Turkish Food!
Let’s start off with the environment. They have a literal horse carriage parked outside. The floral decorations, telephone booth, and overall layout inside creates a very premium ambiance that heightens the experience for restaurant enthusiasts.
Food was delivered promptly and cooked fresh. Not a single complaint for the dishes my family and I ordered ( refer to the photos). We also had a lovely server Memet that made the experience even more satisfying.
This place has an excellent glass door for parties 16 or less to feel more cozy and sit in cozy red carpeted seats. I plan to return for a future celebration with a large group of people!

Had a great overall experience dinning with family and friends. All the items ordered were server well. Server was nice and took time to explain the reason of delay to my daughter,who was waiting eagerly, and as the dish was delivered we can get the feel of how amazing it was prepared. In dessert we order both kunafa and baklava and both were superb. Will definitely recommend to anyone who loves mediterranean food.

Our first visit to Istanbul Bay Turkish and the service and food was excellent. We ordered chicken fingers, mixed appetizers, chicken shish kebab, lamb shish kebab and shrimp kebab. All the dishes were great. Our server Mert Muham was also super. Will definitely recommend.
