Loved everything about this place! The rum punch is delicious, the food is amazing, and the atmosphere is great and very welcoming. Live music when we visited and the band was jamming. So good – would love to come back again.

Impeccable food! Some of the best Jamaican Curry Chicken I’ve had in a long time, nothing but flavor! The shrimp and chips were good too. The mac & cheese and potato salad was just average the star was definitely the curry.

Amazing food. Oxtails are perfect every time, and they give you a good serving. Atmosphere is great inside and prices are also great!

I really wanted this place to be good, we are visiting from NYC and we was craving some some good West Indian food, this was the only place in Brunswick, I was excited to try them, we ordered curry chicken, oxtails, and jerk chicken all with rice and peas, also a beef patty and coco bread. The food was tasteless, no spices at all, the oxtails did not have the deep rich brown color, it was thick like gravy, the jerk chicken was just grilled dry with some type of bbq sauce on it, they couldn’t even use grace jerk sauce if they couldn’t make their own sauce, also it had no pepper and tasted extremely bland, the curry chicken was light pale green and was overpowered with turmeric, i have never seen what they call rice and peas like that before, the rice was pale like white rice and I could only fine a few peas hidden in it. The beef patty was dry and burnt, the coco bread seemed fresh though. I guess the best part of the food was the bottled Jamaican cream soda. They need more West Indian restaurants here with authentic cooking chefs, hopefully Trini, Guyanese and better Jamaican cuisine. Jamaicans as well as all my Caribbean brothers and sisters are proud people, no true Jamaican will be proud of that food we ordered today, this place is not it!

Ok, so before I begin, let me start off by saying that the cashier/bar tender was very polite and friendly which is why I gave a 3-star so thank you for that. Now down to the real about the food here. As a person who has spent years tasting carribean food while I resided in FL for yearsssss, visiting Jamaica, Bahamas, etc…. this place IS NOT IT!! The food was bland, plate overfilled with rice and peas, a scoop of cabbage, no veggies, one plantain and a very tiny piece of fish hidden under LOADS OF RICE!!!!!!! Now mind you, we spent close to $100 dollars for 6 people. EVERYONE WAS DISGUSTED AND THREW THEIR FOOD AWAY!!!!!!!!! Very disappointing. I asked for double cabbage and received a scoop of cabbage and plentiful of rice which I do not eat. In customer service, I’d give them a 5 but the food would definitely receive a 0 if I could. Wished I’d taken pictures as evidence before tossing it.

The Jerk Chicken plate is my favorite. They are generous with the perfectly seasoned chicken. I love this spot when I get that craving for West Indian food. Yummy!

Staff was very nice and helpful. We had missed the crowd since it was after lunch. The meals my husband and I had (cornbread, curried chicken and jerk chicken with sides) was so delicious we ate every single bite. Music of different genres played in the background as we dine in. I would love to go back to enjoy some drinks and the small like club feel. Reminds me so much of Jamaica when my husband and I visited.

Thank you to the owner for sharing the blue crabs with me and my coworker. We have not stopped talking about that garlic butter. We only wished that we could have put it in a jar and brought it home with us. The blue crab was so fresh! We were licking our fingers. Again thank you so much sir. Blessings to you! Keep loving the grandbabies!

On vacation and wanted some good Jamaican food, I googled multiple places and this one had the best reviews so on my last night in Brunswick I wanted curry chicken, beans & rice and cabbage.. but that didn’t happen! I walked in and saw a few ppl enjoying their food while others enjoyed drinks.. I just stood there…waiting! No one ever came out from behind the curtains! I just left and sadly settled for tacos! Horrible service!
