Island Barbeque catered my wedding and I could not recommend them more! The food was amazing! I had 3 guests with gluten intolerances and they catered to their dietary needs and had special plates made up to make sure there was no cross contamination. 100% recommend them for any event!

Brisket: 1/5 It was obscenely dry and tasteless.. zero smoke flavor and way overcooked.. no smoke ring no nothing.. it looked polar opposites of what they show on their website plus side it was a fair portion.
Mac n cheese: 3/5. It was very cheesy and tastes good with a mild smoked paprika flavor. The noodles were overcooked and soggy

I had the Reuben sandwich today and it was amazing just like every thing else I’ve ate there love the weekends when you get the full menu (from the truck and the stand) smoked mac and cheese is simply to die for…. been getting from them since before they opened the stand and was selling out of the truck up at the RV sales place parking lot out side of C-town… pulled Pork with pineapple bbq sauce yummy and butter garlic are my go to items.

My husband, our 7y.o daughter and I stopped there on the way home from a family trip. I asked for my daughter a cone of vanilla ice cream with sprinkles and they gave us a cup. Then when we said we ordered it in a cone, the girl put a cone on the top of the ice cream that she gave us on the cup. We had to clarify the third time that she wanted an ice cream in a cone. I get it, maybe they were tired too, it was a Holiday weekend and everything, nevertheless it left a little bitter aftertaste..

I recently ordered catering from Island BBQ for our corporate event, and I couldn’t be more pleased! We had pulled pork, smoked mac and cheese, and pulled chicken, and everything was a hit. The pulled pork was incredibly tender and packed with flavor, while the smoked mac and cheese was creamy and delicious—definitely a crowd favorite. The pulled chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy. The presentation was excellent, and the team was professional and accommodating.
