Wow, what an amazing experience! I’ve been wanting to go here for a long time and finally made it… Everything about this experience was phenomenal… The view in back, the music, the drinks, the escargot, the drinks I had the ribeye which was perfect! My gf had the seafood platter, which was also very good! Can’t wait to go again!

A Beautiful place to go for dinner. We got there about 330 and they open at 4pm, There was already a wait. I suggest going early, if you don’t, you may be waiting at least an hour. There are 4 bars to sit at and have an appetizer while you are waiting. Beautiful views of mirror lake. Both the bar staff and serving staff were great, very friendly. Food was amazing. It is high priced but worth it. Highly recommend.

The #1 supper club in Wisconsin was a must for us! We had to see the hype. Everyone we talked to ahead of time said, be prepare to wait!! We checked and put our name on the list about 3:30pm and were told that it would be about a 4 hour wait, but there were grounds and 4 different bars to grab drinks and appetizers at.
We made our way to the Tomahawk Bar first, where we ordered a round of Old Fashioneds and a couple apps to help hold us over. The drinks were ready quick and the appetizers took about 20 minutes to come out. We managed to find a table just outside of the bar area and listen to the live music. While we waited we tried out the other bars and continued to be in awe of the amount of people who had the same idea as us!
About three and a half hours later, our table was finally ready and we were seated. We ordered some French onion soup, perfectly cooked steaks, and a few desserts, making the long wait absolutely worth it! The service was excellent and the food was delicious.
As we were walking out, we noticed the crowd had significantly reduced. If you showed up later in the evening, your wait time would probably be closer to thirty minutes. Once they got things moving, tables were turning over pretty quickly.
Definitely a “must-do” at least once. I’m not sure I could handle that kind of wait often, but honestly, part of the experience was the wait, chatting, laughing, and bonding with others in the same situation. Everyone was in good spirits, and there were cheers all around when tables were finally called!

Wife and I decided to try this place, amazing area around the supper club. Old Fashioned are second to none! Downside 3 1/2 hour wait to get seated, but it was a Friday night and I can overlook that, but the service was below par for the rest of the supper club. Waitress didn’t seem like she wanted to help us at all, and only had her come to our table a couple times through the meal. I would HIGHLY recommend this place, just make sure to get there early! No reservations and you will wait, but have a drink by the lake to pass time.

So many good words for this place.. Beautiful scenery, amazing drinks, best old fashioned I have ever had. Amazingly good food. Note to self though you are going to want to get to this place well before they open. There is a semi long to longgg wait to eat (this is not an exaggeration) Theyll serve appetizers at the bar. This place is something to experience at least once if your not a fan of waiting to long to eat.

Great experience! We went with friends one of their last open weekends in October. The wait was around 2 hours. We enjoyed a couple old fashions and a Bloody Mary while we waited. All were great.
It is such a beautiful place to relax , enjoy the view and have a great meal with friends!

My husband and I both thought it was well worth the wait! The staff was very kind and attentive, the food was very good, and the entertainment provided a relaxed, but fun atmosphere. Come hungry(lots to eat)and(early) make sure you get a seat on the beach!

We had a lovely time at Ishnala! The service was excellent and we enjoyed their dinner! Be prepared to wait for at least an hour unless you arrive the moment they open (maybe even come beforehand). We arrived at 4:30 and were seated by 6. They have four bar areas and outdoor seating, so you’ll have a comfortable place to wait. Obviously the old fashions are good, but all the cocktails we tried are incredible.
When we return, I will definitely get the prime rib again, the sauce it comes with is incredible. I loved their bread service and left VERY full. If you come with children, bring the things for them to do while you wait!
Note: no vegetarian options and if you have a wheelchair, there’s not a lot of accessibility to the bars or most of the dining room.

Despite waiting 2 hrs ( we arrived around 3:45 pm on a Thursday), the food was worth the price and the wait. The service was exceptional. The place is noisy because of lots of self-important people think they need to yell louder than the other people. This place needs to offer an optional Get Smart Cone of Silence for the people that would like to enjoy their meal.

This was a bucket list item for me. I had high expectations and they were certainly met. We went on a Sunday evening and it was not too crowded at all. There was a 20 min wait for a table, but that allows you to enjoy the beautiful scenery around the restaurant. You can grab a drink at the bar and relax near the beach or decks. The old fashioned was very good. The restaurant is well decorated, clean, and almost every table has a great view of the lake. They embrace the history of the building’s architecture and history. The staff are all friendly. Everyone will welcome you and thank you for coming. The asparagus spear appetizer was excellent! The filet and golden shrimp is also excellent. I didn’t save room for dessert but those looked delicious also.
