We had a wonderful time at Irish Eyes Tea! It was beautiful and very yummy. They provide so many kid friendly options, like lemonade and hot chocolate! They carry gluten free and vegan treat options from the local bakery Erica Joy Bakes. The owner was so attentive to our food sensitivities. It was amazing service. We loved all the teas we tried, so many unique options.

I came here with family and friends to celebrate my birthday. We made a reservation several weeks in advanced but when we arrived there were no tables for us. They did agree to sit us in the side room which was fine. Took over 30 minutes to give us menus to order tea, 45 to get tea which we had to ask to get cream and sugar. We were served salads which were small and not fresh whatsoever. We got our main tea sandwiches and pastries over and hours and 15 minutes after we were seated. Sandwiches were incredibly small and cookies and pastries were clearly store bought. We were not given a choice for desert. We were given creme bruele which was served ice cold with sugar that was nit melted. Not worth the price. Completely ruined my birthday and will not be coming back

Extremely disappointing experience! Despite having a contract with the correct date, they booked the room for the wrong day. When I brought it to their attention, instead of apologizing and making it right, they continued to provide horrible service and acted like I was the one at fault. Unacceptable mistake and even worse customer service. The venue’s beauty and aesthetic were overshadowed by the poor service, which is a shame. Would not recommend. The party was for a 5 year old and the review is from the adults. The girls had a great experience they didn’t know any better and I as the mother made sure to attend to my daughter and her guess accordingly.

Our group had a lovely high tea experience today at Irish Eyes Tea Co! Lauren was very attentive to our group and accommodating to food allergies (dairy, gluten) that one member of our party had. The food and tea were delicious and we would happily visit again. My favorite items were the cucumber sandwiches with delicious seasoning, the caprese sandwiches, and the tea cookie. My favorite tea was the Carrot Cake Rooibus. Thanks for a great experience!

My friend I had a wonderful High tea today. The food was fresh and delicious! Service was fantastic. The teas we had were delicious. We liked the fact that we could try a different tea for each course as well. Highly recommend this delightful tearoom in beautiful Lititz.

We had high tea. The service was very good and the teas and quality of food were delicious. Our favorites were the quiche and the crème brûlée. The only downside is the booking system. I’ve tried to make a reservation in the past, but you have to navigate finding the correct number (not their retail store) and then are told to text for a reservation. In the past it has booked very quickly, and you need to plan multiple weeks in advance. It would be preferable to have an online reservation system.

My wife and I enjoy exploring tea rooms when we travel, and we selected A Tea Affair on this trip. This was our 13th Tea Room. We were very disappointed in the experience. First of all, we walked in, and no one greeted us or told us where to sit. I looked around and saw my name on a table so we sat ourselves there. Our table was missing one tea cup, a dish for my used tea bag, and a spoon. We explored the website before coming, which helped us choose this place, and we were excited to try many teas. When we opened the tea menu, there were only 12 listed even though they have over 600 in their retail shop a few doors down the street. We prefer scented black teas, and they had only one listed. My wife ordered it and they brought her a green tea. When we asked about it, they said they were out of it. There were only one or two choices in each tea category, but no white teas were on the menu. The food was hit or miss. The scone was warm but more of a cake than the scones we are used to. They served it with lemon curd only. Every other tea room serves scones with curd and cream. I only use the cream on my scones. The quiche had potatoes in it, which is a filler we have not had in a quiche before. 3 of the 4 sandwiches were not very good. The capers ovpowered the egg salad. The lemon pepper was an odd twist on the cucumber sandwich. The spinach artichoke tasted like it came from a jar. I enjoyed the tomato mozzarella sandwich. The desserts were good, but the chocolate torte seemed to be store bought and not house made. The tea service was more expensive than others we have enjoyed, and with the limited tea selection and average food, we were underwhelmed.

Visiting family in the area. Took Mom here for Xmas high tea. Certainly enjoyed every morsel. Best part, Mom’s favorite soup is lobster bisque and she is still raving about it! Nice slow pace, waitress was excellent and served the food perfectly. Owner came over to say hello so really felt personal. Took dessert home as we had no room for it. Excellent selection of teas! We will be back. Thank you!

I visited the loose leaf tea shop on the left of main street, not the tea house, for reference.
I recently moved back to PA and after visiting my father who lives in Lititz, he took me here, and I could not believe the amount of options they had here, my jaw was on the floor.
They have 12+ options of rooibus (caramel, carrot cake, masala chai, cappuccino), tons of earl gray options (raspberry, peppermint, irish cream, etc), tons of green tea, sleepy time teas, chamomile, everything you can think of is in this shop.
I got 2oz of the carrot cake rooibos which was about $12 rounded, and has yielded around 9+ cups so far. It is DELICIOUS, especially with a little bit of coconut cream; i’m already so excited to come back.
The young woman working was incredibly helpful and kind, she helped both my father and I with all of our questions. They also sell roasted coffee beans in the back of the shop, along with tea strainers, disposable tea bags, and tea sets.
