The lady that was serving me and my friend’s family was not very knowledgeable about any meal deals or even the app deal where every 4th one is free. The only reason we went there is to get a 4th sub free. The lady told us we have to order on the app and it wouldn’t count toward the free sub. I could go on but yea not going here again. I dont have time to argue with them.

My sub and broccoli cheese soup were very good!! I especially loved the soup great service! I recommend my sons been before and took me there for breakfast he likes it so much! Best Subway I’ve ever been to!!!

Poteau subway is better than other subways because of the management! Stephanie has been with the company for years and no one cares more about her customers, employees and community. They are fortunate to have her manage their store.

I happened to go on a day when they were out of almost EVERYTHING. I understand that transportation can be delayed and they did not get their order. So, I ordered what they had and also asked for a bottled water. They were out of bottled water, so I asked for a refund on the bottle, and a cup for water. They wanted to charge me over $2 for a cup for water! Ridiculous. By then, they were getting pretty snooty and no longer friendly. I gave them back their cup and asked for a refund for the bottled water. I know that they don’t charge more than $2 for a cup for water on a normal basis.

Placed an app order and it said it would take 20min. I got there exactly when it was supposed to be completed. I sat and waited 35 more minutes for 3 sandwiches. They were not busy.
Food was not good. Their cucumbers were bad so I told her to leave them off. No big deal. Then when she was adding pickles and olives, she literally took two fistfuls of them, dripping in juice, and squashed them onto the sandwich. That’s too much. The order was for a regular amount, not extra extra. Then none of the sandwiches were labeled and they were orders I had to drop off. So I had to open them. The churro I received had no cinnamon and sugar on it at all, it was completely plain, and was discovered when I went to drop it off. The toasted sandwich I had with wheat was extremely tough. The bread was tough to chew and hard like a rock on the ends. I don’t know if it was baked to long, old, or toasted to long.
This whole thing took over an hour. I did not have time to go back and have things fixed, like the churro, and redeliver it to my daughter at work. I had other places to be that I am now horribly late for. Just not a pleasant experience. One issue wouldn’t have been an issue. So many and that’s all you can focus on.

They have so many new people in there it’s hard to get something you ordered off the online app it is better to go into the store and get what you want so you know it’s made properly

NO ICE for drinks, NO HAM, NO CHEETOS. I believe there is a lot of work to be done with this store. Representation of the Subway chain is lacking. I watched a whole family of 6 walk-out after waiting in line to hear there was lack of necessary food/supplies. Where is management? Where is the owner? Subway franchise will surely be disappointed .

Poteau subway has not been a good experience many times that I/we have been there . They are out of all kinds of supplies to make a sandwich. They also only take online orders till 8:30 pm. Yes, a few of the staff members are young and polite. But this store I would not recommend.

The food was really good. The workers were very nice which would usually get a 4 to 5 star rating. However, they do not require people coming in to wear masks. The workers were wearing masks . Saw lots of people going in without masks. Huge health issue in my mind. Won’t be returning there for now.
