Insomnia is that one place that feels like a better clone of someone’s else’s product (Crumbl). I ordered one chocolate chip cookie (3.12 was the total) and it was really good for the price, it felt and tasted like a McDonald’s cookie if it was baked with high quality ingredients. Much better than Crumbl’s cookies for sure.

The serve seemed inconvenienced by my allergy. The gluten free options are super limited. The vanilla and chocolate ice cream are gluten free but they use the same scooper for all the ice creams so be aware of the crocs contamination. There was only 1 gluten free cookie option on the whole menu. I don’t consider this place celiac friendly.

Just got a couple of gingerbread cookies with chocolate milk combo and man I was so excited to see you have gingerbread cookies (one of my favs); I ended up getting an extra one by surprise which was even better! Insomnia Cookies is always my go to when I work my overnights and want a sweet snack. Always delicious and always the nicest interactions with the delivery crew thanks!

I went to this establishment a few days ago to purchase two items. I gave the employee cash to pay for the two items. The employee told me that they do not accept cash. I told her that I did not need any change. The employee then gave me an attitude and told me again that they do not accept cash! Felt discriminated!

Would normally give 3-4 stars, but we found hairs baked into some of the cookies we got (on 2020/09/15, at about 5pm). Overall, decent selection of tasty specialty cookies and ice creams. Appear to be staffed by the local college students, most of whom I’ve seen to be uninterested in being friendly, and occasionally behave as if you’ve disturbed them from their phones.
