It was my first dining experience at Innovators Brewing Company. Our waitress Melanie, was superb! She was very knowledgeable about the menu, the spirits, and brews! She was very helpful. I had a Compass Cream ale and an ice cold mug of root beer! Both were brewed on-site. The atmosphere is rustic industrial. They pay homage to Thomas Edison with all decorations and quotations. The salt and pepper shakers are “light bulb” shaped. I ordered the steak tips, the twice baked potato, and ancient grains! The beer and the root beer were delicious with the food. We were provided freshly baked bread and whipped butter! Yum! Their ketchup is restaurant made. Innovators is a bit on the pricey side. I believe it is a great value for the quality dining experience and superb food! I look forward to my next visit!!!

Amazing service! I’m vegan and also have a shellfish allergy, but our server was so kind about pointing out the options I could have. They do have vegan chicken, which you can swap out on their burgers. I did this for their Nashville one, and it was actually really good. We got the sprout appetizer as well, which my grandma was impressed with lol. Their sweet potato fries are heavenly, you must try them

Such a fantastic destination! The restaurant/brewery has some of the best food in the area! The entire place has an industrial decor. Whether you choose to eat in the restaurant, or sit at the bar, you get the full menus for food, beverages, ales, ciders, and hard liquors. Innovators specializes in brewing their own beers, ciders, and ales, AND they make all of their own sauces for the food from homemade ketchup to mayonnaise and BBQ sauce! This is a fantastic treat for the entire family!

Rating slipped from a 5 to a 4. Service continues to be great. Beer is outstanding. Prices continue to be reasonable even during this period of exploding inflation. Food menu has changed slightly, which reduces my rating. The very delicious club sandwich that had top of the line ingredients like Dearborn ham is long gone. The homemade pork rinds are no longer available. The delicious uniquely shaped french fries are now the same fries you get almost anywhere. This is likely due to supply and cost issues. So, it’s still a great place to go to. It just falls slightly below what would get 5 stars from me.

We were here and ate upstairs. It is really pub like and delicious food. Our waitress was great even on the stairs. We would love to go here again. The sweet potatoe fries and Brussel Sprouts are amazing. Definitely check this place out. I like the Semi Sweet a cider.

EVERY TIME I come here the food and service is SUPERB! great staff and the food is amazing ! Brandy W. was our waitress. she was on point.. super chill.. with a great attitude. shoutout to the kitchen staff as well !! Wow. This place is wonderful. It is unlike anything else in the area. The building has been beautifully restored, and the food was amazing. I had the turkey plate, and it blew me away. The mashed potatoes and dressing were perfect. The smoked turkey was a bit bland, but the star of the show was the side of Brussels sprouts. They were perfectly charred and topped with a balsamic glaze and flakes of parmesan. The portions were generous, and the plating was stunning. What’s more, the prices were very fair. My immediate thought was that the owners are from somewhere other than the local area, but the waitress says they previously owned a restaurant in Vassar. I was especially impressed with the appetizer menu, and I look forward to working my way through it over time. Another feature that is intriguing about this restaurant is that you cannot order a drink with commercial alcohol because they make all of their own spirits. I can’t wait to try a rum cocktail. Or two.

The only thing that kept me from giving a five was the temp of food. Everything my sister and I had was lukewarm at best. But the taste was great! I had meatloaf, mashed potatoes and Brussel Sprouts. Try the sprouts even if you think you don’t like them. So good! My sister liked the Mac and cheese but her beef bites were WAY overcooked. But the waitress was great and immediately had it redone. 2nd plate was PERFECT! I would recommend you check this place out and I know we will be back!

This place is a hidden gem! Not only do they have beer made in house they also have liquors they’ve made. Also house made root beer! I honestly can’t say enough good about this place. We have passed by a handful of times but this time we were starving and had to find a place for dinner. Loaded tots are bomb! And the dough balls!!! Kids said best burgers ever! Will definitely be back with friends!
