It is a small restaurant with basic interior decoration but they cook good Indian food. I tried mixed vegetable curry, Palak Paneer, Lamb Chettinad, Butter Chicken, Egg Curry, Lamb Vindaloo, Tandoori Chicken, Hot & Sour Vegetable Soup, and Tomato Soup in 2 years.

Terrible food. We ordered chicken biriyani, butter naan and chicken curry. The taste of Chicken Biriyani was worst in taste. It was bland with no biriyani spices. The rice was fried with chili powder at the last minute before serving. Butter naan was too dry and hard to swallow. Chicken Curry did not look appetizing and ended up tasting worse than it looked. It was some of the worst chicken curry I’ve ever had. It was drowned in an almost tasteless curry sauce, which was disappointing, since curry is typically a fantastic flavor.

The food was very delicious. Here are some photos of some of the dishes that my family and I ordered. The images speak for themselves. This location comes highly recommended. This is, without a doubt, Michigan’s best Indian cuisine restaurant

I tried this place for the first time and I was not disappointed! The food was really good and I will say one of my favorites. As appetizers, we ordered the veggie Samosas. They were seasoned to perfection, crunchy, and not oily at all.

We went here for a late lunch and there were just 3 other customers that day. The service was amazing but the food wasn’t that great. We ordered a mango Lassi as soon as we sat and it was excellent. It tasted so good. We ordered cut mirchi and Gobi 65 for starters and for main a chicken fried rice,an egg biryani and a veg Manchurian gravy which came with rice. The cut mirchi was excellant but felt the quantity was less compared to other indian restaurants. The Gobi 65 was crispy but too salty. The chicken fried rice and the egg biryani were okay but the Manchurian balls with gravy were bad. The balls were not cooked inside and the gravy tasted like tomato sauce. So we asked them to take it away and just ordered a tea. The restaurant was kind enough to not add that to the bill even after we insisted that we were ready to pay for it. The dishes would all be excellent if not for the small details like too much salt or not enough salt or not cooked through.

My favorite Indian restaurant for the entire area and then some! I wish I had discovered this place sooner. I lost a couple good years of eating bad Indian food not knowing this place was around until a friend showed me recently. Not all Indian restaurants are created equal, many different techniques and flavors based on what region of India they are from. Glad I finally found a good one in my area.

I am a big time foodies and travel around the world just for good authentic clean food. This is my second time visiting Indian spice and generally I wait to see consistency before giving a review. The food here is extremely authentic. If you know authentic Indian food this is the place to visit. The owner/chef Amin is such a passionate and down to earth person. Ask for his recommendation when you go to the restaurant. You won’t be disappointed. The butter chicken is amazing . Just like it’s suppose to taste with a hint of sweetness. The chicken is super tender and melts in your mouth. Brought back memories of Delhi. I love chicken biriyani. Amin makes perfect biriyani with perfect amount of spice with good quality rice and the portion size is good enough to take home and enjoy some later. I asked Amin if their naans were as thin and fresh as they made in India. He told me you won’t be disappointed and I for sure was not 🙂 on top of that their restaurant and kitchen is super clean. I have been a restauranteur myself for many years. Thumbs up to this restaurant and staff:)
