Arrived on a Friday night at 7:15 only to find out dining room closes at 7:00 p.m. This doesn’t equate to going “out” for dinner to wife and I. I guess this is the new way, restaurant closed to eating. If we would of wanted to eat at home, we would of. Done here.

UPDATE: ANOTHER ORDER ANOTHER PROBLEM! They cant make anything right at this store. If you want pizza, go somewhere else. I cancelled my account as 3 orders in 3 months with all 3 wrong. These people have no brain cells to read or comprehend their own ordering system. **** LONG story. We ordered many times from here and have been truly disappointed. But several months ago, we had a great experience. The general manager had a comment on a Troy Mo community board. I left a reply on how happy I was with this order and that Emma, I think that’s the workers name, did such a great job. The 70 dollar order was made perfectly. A month later we ordered again, different workers, a completely different experience. The manager was great and reimbursed our money on the bad stuff and gave us 2 free lunch specials on top of that. That really went a long way. We ordered again and it was ok but they gave me boneless breaded wings when I ordered plain bone in wings. Ok i can deal with that. Today, we ordered a 70 dollar meal. We got chicken wings, cheese bread, soda and a sandwich that was good and made right. But the 2 pizzas and salad were not made right. On my pizza, as I cant handle red sauce, hence the plain chicken wings, I asked for light bbq sauce and a regular amount of cheese. The last one barely had any meat and very little cheese. So I added toppings at cost to help fill the pizza so it wouldn’t burn or dry out. So 2 more toppings plus add a little more cheese. Nope, no sauce on it, at least I could not see one drop of it. No more cheese added. What do you think happened? It dried the pizza out and burned it. Not to the point of being black, but right to that edge. That is whole reason you go to Imos is for their PIZZA. Then it came to my salad. I asked to cut up anything down to bite size or quarter size. Nope onions still sliced whole pcs. Tomato was a whole full sliced pc. Then I received old wilted salad lettuce, with a huge brownish wedge pc. Hard to tell color in pic, but it was browning. I had to pull salad apart and cut everything up. Hence the toppings missing in pic and a big fat wedge lettuce pc we found. Thanks for following my preferences. I didn’t ask a lot, just cut it into bite size and I expect decent looking and tasting food. And the other pizza. I ordered extra sauce and extra cheese on a pepperoni. It was ok, but there was not extra to anything. It had no extra cheese or sauce. I’m finally done spending good money on their ideology that this is worth the upcharge for their food. I’ll spend the extra money on gas and get a quality pizza from a competitor at a lower price. Sorry Imo’s, you did this to yourself. I guess Papa John’s, Pantera’s and Stephanina’s here we come.

Ordered a half chef salad ($8) and this is what I got. I expect what I pay for. When I don’t get it, that’s theft.

I spent 30 minutes in the window waiting for 2 paid pizzas. After the girls cash out 4 orders someone finally came to the window. I asked why they didn’t want to come to the window but kept looking at me, she said “we prioritize” ?? So since I didn’t bring my kids and dog inside I’m not a priority?? When I called to talk to a manager they hung up on me. So I called back, the manager was a man. He told me “sorry we’re busy. Is there anything I can actually do for you?” I don’t think I’ll spend my $30-50 at that store, if any store again. What a horrible experience. I had to think of excuses to tell my 8 year old as to why we had to wait and why we weren’t important.

Never had a Missouri style pizza before. The sauce is excellent!! Lots of flavor with just a hint of spice to bring it all out the cheese was excellent and they loaded it down with the Bacon!! Definitely worth trying if you haven’t before.

Disappointed with Imos this time around. Ordered the large salad with a medium pizza. The salad was smaller than expected. In the past the large salad was good for two but now it’s just enough for one. The pizza was ok but the restaurant ran out of plates, glasses, and utensils so we were given cheap paper plates and plastic cups and forks. The dine in service is only available if you get there before 7 pm. Actually you should expect to arrive at 6:30 pm if you want to dine in. Some people were turned away for dine in service when they arrived at 6:45 pm. Warrenton Imos needs a better manager because this was not a good experience. Don’t know if we will be back anytime soon.

Pretty good. Normally imos isn’t anything to write home about, especially with the cost of imos being so high. However, this store did the best I’ve had.

This place has gone downhill. 53 dollars for dinner (8 in cheese pizza, parm bites , wings, and a roast beef sandwich) that was barely edible. The Roastbeef sandwich was disgusting!!! Ordered hot on galic cheesebread, bread was soggy, butter cold, cheese half melted and roastbeef luke warm at best. And we ordered in!!! Never again!!! And yes, I let the employee know and was told, and I quote, “Sorry about that.” Didn’t even offer to remake the sandwich

Not a thing wrong here. 🙂 Service was quick, accurate and friendly. It was clean and the pizza was served quickly. We don’t have an Imo’s in our hometown and it’s been a long time since I’ve had this… Just as good as I remember. Love the cracker thin crust. It makes it so the toppings really shine.

Four of us ordered a 16 inch pepperoni and a 16 inch all meat pizza. Three oclock in the afternoon Friday June 9 no customers in side. Sat down and was delivered two pizza in to go boxes for dine in. The pepperoni was way over cooked and over cooked and in my sixties I have eaten Imos all my life. The pizza was cut in squares as small as stamps no exaggeration. How do you overcook a pizza when it’s not busy. Should have been a special experience but was a big, dissapointment. Lack of care in producing the traditional quality Imos is known for. Nothing like a stamp sized cut overcooked pizza that has a burnt hard bottom crust. Please retrain them.
