I’ve been going here for over 4 years. It’s hit or miss. This time, the pizza was great, but the wings were not what I ordered. Asked for them to be wet. They were really dry and didn’t get my ranch.

Thin pizza loaded with toppings, just how I like it. Imo pizza did a great job of distributing toppings and being generous with them. Staff was awesome. They forgot to add pineapple to my meat pizza, and I didn’t catch it. They did and without even asking made a whole new pizza and I got to keep both. Good pizza, good people.

IMO’s is the come through when you don’t feel like sitting down and just want to carry out a good pizza. St. Louis style, so always ask for crisp but not burnt. Salad and dressing is good and toasted ravs!

Got a really messed up order for like the 3rd or 4th time this year and when we called with nothing but kindness amd respect about how we wanted the sub toasted and the correct ingredienta on it they sent back out the order even worse and definetly not toasted. Terrible customer service. I definitely love Imos usually but this store is not run well and/or they just dgaf. Either way I hope this review helps them grow and become a better establishment!

We ordered 2 pizzas a salad, cheese bread parmesan and red pepper flakes and 2 garlic butters. My wife did not know what I ordered so when she got to the car she asked me what we needed and they forgot the salad and the cheese bread. We also found out once we got home that there was zero seasonings we asked for, including $3 worth of garlic butter we didn’t receive. You would have thought they would have read the receipt the second time my wife had to come in for the other things they forgot. To add to this, one of the large pizzas was cold by the time it was home while the small pizza was super hot. We had crappy service, and the worst imos quality I’ve ever seen so far having been a customer for over 20 years…. You can check all the other reviews I’ve left to other businesses, I always try to find the positives.. there were none with this order. With that being said, we’ve ordered many times from this store in the past and it has always been ok. This was just a lot for one visit.

Awesome! A half Chef salad was huge. We were able to split it. Then a medium deluxe pizza was more than enough for the two of us. It was delicious.
Service was friendly and very helpful. The salad came out in just a couple minutes and the pizza came out as we were finishing the salad. So virtually no waiting for our food.

This was the worst example of an Imos pizza I’ve ever had. Barely any cheese, tiny pieces of sausage, dry and tasteless. Idk what happened, but I’ll never be back.

I ordered a 2 topping pizza on 12/15 2025 I talked to Jordan the manager and I asked him can he make sure that my pizza had the proper toppings on my pizza he reassured me that he would take care of it when my pizza was delivered by Rachel I opened up the pizza box and noticed that a portion of my pizza was missing I asked Rachel if she could take the pizza back and her response was that once it was delivered to the customer that she could not take the pizza back she said that she could take a picture of it and she took a picture of the pizza I then called the manager Jordan and told him that a portion of my pizza was missing he laughed and I told him that I order a lot of pizza from that location and his response was that he was not laughing and he asked me what did I want him to do his response was that we could send another pizza out to me and I told him that I did not trust that another pizza would be delivered to me because of what happened to my first order he said that he would refund my purchase and that I would have a credit for another pizza. I have a picture of the delivered pizza also and I told Jordan that I will be bringing that half eaten pizza back to them
