They completely messed up my order. I ordered plain chicken wings bone-in and they gave me plain boneless wings and charged me for the ones with the bone in. Additionally, they messed up my friend’s order as well. Just because this location is open later doesn’t mean you should go to it late in the day.

I ordered online for delivery. They provided an immediate email with a progress tracker. (love it!!!) The estimated time frame for my delivery was accurate! (Super excited about this! Other pizza Chains are NOT good at this but Imos got it right!) The delivery driver followed my instructions I placed on the order, had a mask on and followed safety instructions. My food was on POINT!! Everything I ordered was delivered, no mishaps.. and the food was HOT!!

Had a terrible experience with this location. My food that was delivered was not warm, my chicken was not fully cooked and 1 of my pizza was not fully cooked. I called the store and a female picked up and I told her my problem and she placed me on a long hold. Then the manager picked up the phone and I told him how displeased I was about my order and he was going back and forth about how they cooked the order right, instead of seeing what he can do to make my order right. I asked him for his name and he would not give it to me and hung up the phone. I called the store back several times and they kept hanging up on me. The service I just received here was terrible and I spent 92.51. I would advise, anyone who is wanting Imo’s, to pass this location up and go to another one.
