“I stopped by this DD on Sunday on my way home. It’s much cleaner than many others I’ve been to. I liked that the bathroom was very presentable and the place decorated for the season, which not many places do. I don’t always buy at DD, but I definitely prefer this location over others. Good spot, clean, and friendly staff.”

We came into the newly opened Dunkin and we’re very disappointed. We were completely ignored by the staff behind the counter and were forced to order on the kiosk. I could understand if they were packed and busy with orders but 2 simple orders with 2 items was not enough to not look up and acknowledge anyone walking into the store. As I write this, I’m waiting for my order and no one has acknowledged our presence or anyone else that has come in. They just drop the items and leave. This is the worst service from this Dunkin ever. I’ve had better service from busy Manhattan Dunkins during rush hour.
If that wasn’t enough, the Mango Refresher didn’t taste like others. Very frustrating experience.

The best Dunkin near me thank you for giving me my Ice black coffee with no ice. Unlike the other Dunkin in Plainfield that is 7-10 minutes away from this one that said it was against policy to give me no ice…. and that was the only Dunkin that refuses it in New Jersey.

Im honestly annoyed by this Dunkin i passed by to get a tea and latte with my sister and it was a simple order black tea with honey they added milk which would be fine if she wasn’t lactose intolerant i called the number on the website and no answer i understand its the weekend but it wasnt even busy or a complicated order. And now what 5 bucks down the drain and i cant even get in contact with a manager for a refund.

Was taking a few orders from here but very disappointed mostly. Today it was just awful.
1. Did a mobile order to pick up and was made to wait on the parking after reaching the drive thru.
2. Ordered a large coffee and a medium coffee. After pouring it down realized that the large is smaller than medium in quantity.
3. Most importantly the coffee cups were quite unhygienic. Found a hair strand on the cup cap.

It has a nice seating area, nicer than nearby Dunkins but customers who come inside get forgotten about because drive-through gets top priority.
