Poor customer service. I ordered a whole house salad and got a small half cup of salad dressing. I asked for more salad dressing they said it will be an additional dollar. I just spent over 40.00 dollars for lettuce and not enough salad dressing. Never again will I order a salad from imos!!!!

Ordered Pizza at 6:50, was pose to be delivered between 7:40 and 7:50. I called she had ha attitude and was only told it was out for delivery. It arrived at 8:30 cold and definitely far from fresh.

Placed an online order asking for my wings to well done and house dressing for the side salad. My wings were lighter than me and they gave me ranch. Called soon as I got home and was told by an associate that I would get a credit for future purchase and got her manager (which was okay with me) the manager with a bad attitude said that if I didn’t come back up in the rain/snow mix at this point then there’s nothing she could do & wouldn’t give me her name or supervisor/corporate contact information.

Having Imos means going home. Imos is the St. Louis signature pizza. I have had this delicious pizza since was in high school. I’ve moved to a few states but come home to a taste that never changes and I can’t do without.

Didn’t cook my pizza or put cheese in half. Manager did not want to make it eight, she told me I had to drive it back there when I paid and tipped for delivery! She also wanted me to pay still! I spent $55 on 1 edible pizza and was offered $8 off another but I had to do the driving still…??? Manager was rude!

So last night on 6/27 I ordered a medium pizza (half cheese, half hamburger)chicken strips and a half chef salad (with only turkey and chicken) and was told it would take 20-25 minutes by the young lady who took my order. I arrived maybe 15 minutes early to pay for my order. It took over an hour to receive my food. I was given a cold pizza, salad with no dressing, and no chicken strips at all and a bag with a note that read, happy pride with a smiley face on it. I went back in and asked for the managers and their names. The man said I’m Nick and I am the manager. I introduced myself and told him I would be contacting corporate about the note written on my bag and his inability to effectively run a business. He told me that he did not care I could call whoever I wanted to call. I also asked why I had to wait over an hour and still had not received my chicken strips. He argued that they were very busy, short staffed, and that he had already given my refund for my items to another young man in the restaurant whom I did not know and said I’m not about to play this game with you. I do not know the man!! I told him that he and the entire team should be fired. The employees have poor customer service because he does it starts at the top with leadership and left. He apologized but it was already too late. I emailed Imo’s headquarters last night but no call back today so here’s my review, I normally don’t do this but it’s needed. I do not recommend this Imo’s restaurant until the staff is changed.
