Best Ecuadorian food for miles around. Good pricing too. With that said… It’s mainly a bar (front section) with loud classic Spanish music. Back part of the location is run down, drop ceiling in bad shape. Food is too good and I’ll continue to visit them but set your expectations.

Caldo de bola was really bad. The plantain balls were still raw. Casuela also tasted like it wasnt cooked completely. Its supposed to be baked but instead it looks like the cook used a torch on top to give it the char. Seems like he was trying to take shortcuts that didnt work. Staff claimed that the food was still good. The place is nice for some snacks and drinks but they need to work on their food. Especially plates from la costa. In the meantime i wouldnt recommend for food

They didn’t serve the quality well for the fritada. Overly priced at $28.90 for the food you receive. They forget to give me part of the order. I do not recommend these people. Garcia restaurant or Counchys on Bergenline is better. Do not bother getting any food from these tricksters

This place has been in business for years the food is great and it looks like the recently remodeled and it looks pretty clean the food and prices are amazing and the best part they have a full bar to serve you. I will definitely recommended.

I used to love this restaurant it was for me the best ecuadorian food in the area, but I haven’t been there in maybe 3 years until around last Christmas time and it was a big change, the food it was not grate at all, portion have decreased, price are not bad. Anyway owner and waitress were very nice as usual.I could go back and check if my last visit it was only a bad day.
