I’ve been to many wingstops, but this one is by far the best. The staff was very pleasant. The staff member that stuck out most to us was Brittany. She made sure to greet my family, and also made sure that our Order was correct. The atmosphere was such a positive space when we walked in. Brittany’s customer service skills were top tier. Thank you for making our dining experience great. We will definitely be returning customers.

Ms. Kaniyah J. is Terrific! She is very patient and thorough. She went over the order to make sure she had it correct. The most amazing thing is I had an extra item added in error and she took ownership in the mixup and was willing to pay me out of her own pocket. She handed me the money before I could say anything. I told her with Excellent customer service and her concern for the customer and ownership of her mistakes she will go very far in life. She is a young person and has excellent integrity. I was extremely pleased with her service and the Awesome teamwork of all the employees.

The best location ever!! My food was a 10/10. I ordered the 10-piece garlic parm wings with voodoo fries and everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The customer service was superb, and my wait time was not long at all. Great atmosphere and great vibes. I will definitely be back!

Placed a pick up order through DoorDash to try that new Smoky Chipotle Rub. When I got there at the time my order was to be ready Khylyn told me it’d be about 6 minutes as he had fresh chicken coming up for my order. I asked if I could get them crispy so it took another 2 minutes and then he tossed em and sauced em. Had me on my way and I don’t even mind waiting when I know what I am getting is fresh chicken and top customer service. Khylyn was awesome, thanks again!

I ordered boneless wings on Tuesday because of the 70 cent deal that day, and I wanted the flavor fiery lime. I got there and they didn’t have fiery lime flavor anymore and I was so upset. But, Santana’s customer service was top notch. She greeted me, told me about why they don’t have it, and offered alternatives on the menu to compensate me! I ordered a 16-piece special, half lemon pepper and half mild. When I received my order, there were only 13 wings total, meaning I was missing three wings. Out of the 13 wings I did receive, 11 were lemon pepper and only 2 were mild, which was not what I ordered. The food also had an unpleasant smell.
I also ordered a 6-piece lemon pepper, all flats, and those wings looked old and dry. In addition, I ordered a 10-piece, half lemon pepper and half mild, all flats, but received a mix of drums and flats instead. Those wings also looked old and dry.
This is not the first time I have received old food and poorly prepared orders from this location. In my opinion, this site is not taking pride in the orders they are preparing and serving. We spent a significant amount of money on this order, and it’s disappointing to feel like that money was wasted. There was clearly a lack of attention to detail and quality control.
Due to the repeated issues and multiple mistakes in this order, this will be my last time visiting this location.
