After a long weekend in the area this place was recommended by many & worth every penny! Only one young gal working the tables on a Sunday night. She was covering 8 tables, so service was delayed however once the food arrived it was delicious! And considering all that she did fine. Polite & even knew the menu & provide recommendations. The Mrs. had the Fettuccine Dolce Vita w/shrimp & I got the classic Lasagna alla Bolognese. The noodles were homemade, the sauce & meat all excellent! The lasagna came with a side of cheesy potatoes. We were full off of the main dishes however I really wanted the sorbet, & glad I ordered. The Orange Mango, yes please! Awesome setup & totally amazing! Brings back memories of Rome & fruity Sorbet, only way to go!! Thank you & if we make it back to the area guaranteed to stop in again!

This is my new favorite restaurant! The food was fresh and flavorful. The ambiance is very nice with attention to many details. We had wonderful service, great meal and a fantastic dessert of Mango Flan. We were also pleasantly surprised at our bill – very reasonable. Children’s offerings are also available, but not the standard chicken fingers and cheese everything. Looking forward to coming back for a full family night meal with kiddos very soon.

Excellent food and service. We got there after lunch rush and had a great meal. The shrimp taco special was awesome, and my son’s white wine sauce pasta was too. This isn’t a cheap burger joint but you get excellent food for the price. Even the foccacia was fresh and delicious. Stop in and try them out.

WOW! I’m a gourmet cook, so for me it’s hard to find a restaurant worth eating at. My husband had been there once before we went together and told me how great it was. I was skeptical, as it is located in the small off-the-path town of Rushford. But as soon as I entered I was impressed by the ambiance. The decor is tasteful, the lighting “just right.” The menu is impressive. From soups to dessert, everything demonstrates the palette of a great chef. Everything is cooked from scratch, fresh herbs are used, the balance of ingredients is nuanced and perfect. Service was right-on, just enough visits to the table to make you feel you are well attended. This restaurant beats out the “best” in Rochester and most in the Twin Cities. It’s worth the trip and it’s my new favorite restaurant!

It was so surprising to find an Italian restaurant of this caliber in a (relatively) small town. The food was so good and the presentation was lovely – not something you see often. And the service was really exceptional. They’d do fantastic business in a larger town too, like St. Paul (hint, hint!)

Delicious food and high quality service. Has a large dessert menu, a cocktail menu, and has a kids menu. I have been at least three times and have always enjoyed the food and the ambiance. If you are stopping in Rushford and you are hungry I recommend you visit this restaurant if you have a chance. A+

This restaurant is worth driving miles for. It is a gem found in the small town of Rushford. The food is what I would call ” Chef prepared”. It is not just your meat and potatoes place like a typical Small Town Restaurant. It is really more like elegant dining. Last night was salmon stuffed with crab meat, ricotta cheese, and tomatoes. Topped with caviar and served with champagne sauce. The house potatoes and vegetable came with it. It was the best salmon I have ever had. I’m sorry I didn’t have a picture to go with the description. I have been there several times and have always tried something new and have never been disappointed. O and a couple more , the chef focuses on a pleasing presentation Of the food. And the desserts are also to die for.
