It was my first time having brunch at IHOP. The vibe was relaxed and chill, and there were lots of families having brunch on the weekend.
My favorite item was the pancakes — they were soft and fluffy. The hash browns were good too. The only thing I didn’t really like was that the chocolate milk was iced.

I get that IHOP doesn’t pay their employees a liveable wage, so this isnt a hit on the staff. This is a hit on IHOP who could either pay their people enough to motivate them, or hire people to clean – because the IHOP at this location makes a HUGE profit and can afford to do better. Just like a lot of restaurants in Bellevue, this place was filthy and I lost my appetite before we got our food order. I could see heaps of filth between the cushions (I didn’t pull the cushions apart – they just were gaping open) and weeks worth of sticky kiddo prints on all the windows. This kind of makes me worry dirt and filth can reach my food. Eww.

Our waitest was so sweet and so friendly. Sorry, forgot her name. Every one was friendly but she was full of the holiday cheer… but seems like she is like that all the time! She was great on checking if we needed anything, that smile and cheer never wavered. I had the Colorado omelet (very flavorful, had steak in it, better then a Denver omelet) and asked for my hashbrown crispy on the outside and sodt on the inside. It came perfect!

Higher minimum wage makes for less servers and it doesn’t work, waiting for server to come. Also they must not know how to wait on people as they were taking orders from others who came way after we did and she helped them all before us. Food was cooked in a hurry so it wasn’t how we ordered. They just want to get food out regardless of its quality or how it was ordered! Terrible experience, food was ok once we got it prepared as asked. Took way too long to eat breakfast tho!

I love this place. Polite staff and food is good. This time we ordered strawberry cheesecake waffle combo , which came with eggs, hash brown and pork sausage/bacon. As I am vegetarian, there was an option to swap the pork with the plant-based one. We also took grilled chicken biscuit with a side of fruits. Everything was tasty and fresh.

It was a classic IHOP experience. The food was good. The coffee was actually really good. And the server was friendly and on top of everything. I went late at night. It was a bit empty, but the food was still good.
We also got dessert. Ihop doesn’t have a great dessert menu. But the waiter helped us pick some sweet stuff. He was nice.
This IHOP feels like a classic IHOP. The building isn’t one of those modern ones. So that’s nice. The bathroom was clean as well.

Our server Matt was quick with the refills on coffee, polite, consistently checked on us, though it was busy, and made it a general pleasant experience. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The steak bites I got were seasoned nicely, tender, and juicy with a side of green/yellow beans and steamed broccoli. The omelet my friend got looked really good and was very large with a nice, crispy looking square of hashbrowns to go with it.

Definitely one of the best iHop I’ve been to. Amazing customer service. Fatima was a great server. She smiled and she was friendly. The manager also came by the table often to check to make sure everything was okay. Parking is easy to find. A family of about 10 came in for breakfast and there was enough seating for such a large party.
