My cousin and I were finishing up our errands, and I was enjoying being the passenger—taking in the restaurants and the city lights shimmering on the trees. After driving 25 hours from North Carolina to Colorado, my brain and equilibrium were still adjusting. I honestly thought I was seeing things and blinked a few times to make sure my eyes weren’t playing tricks on me. Then I saw it: the red and yellow In-N-Out sign. “Oh my God—there’s an In-N-Out!” I said out loud.
At the time, I was stuck at the hotel without a vehicle because of a snowstorm, so I had to wait. Two days later, I finally got my cheeseburger, animal-style fries, and a Diet Coke. I went inside just to relive the full experience—it had been three years since I’d last had this beloved burger spot.
From the first bite to the last, it was absolutely divine—everything I remembered and more. When I finished my meal, all I could say was, “I’m so happy.” I don’t know when I’ll have In-N-Out again, but don’t ever take this place for granted. You’ll miss it… because I definitely do.

In-N-Out should be the standard for all fast-food restaurants. Whether I am in Colorado, California, or Texas, it is consistent.
FOOD:
The Food, as I said, is always consistent. My favorite is a triple cheese burger, mustard patty with grilled onions and spread only. Soo meaty, juicy, cheesy, and flavorful. My wife enjoys the Double-Double and the kids like the Single. We ENJOY the simplicity of their fries. We also enjoy some Animal Style Fries. Last time I got their Neapolitan Milk Shake and it was delicious.
SERVICE:
Again, In-N-Out is the standard for excellence in customer service in a fast-food location, on-par with Chick-fil-a. The employees are always happy, engaging, and helpful.
ATMOSPHERE:
I am always amazed are clean they keep the inside. Every time we are here there is an employee dedicated to keeping the tables clean. They basically walk in a non-stop circle cleaning up the tables. One of the best ways to judge the cleanliness of a restaurant is by their high chairs. The ones from In-N-Out are always clean. The seating can be a bit cramped.
Overall, In-N-Out is a guaranteed delicious meal for my family. I know quality. My unbiased view, What-a-disaster cannot compete. Just look at the reviews between the two.

The staff is friendly, food is yummy, the shakes are thick! What else could you want from a burger place? We tried ours protein style (wrapped in lettuce) didn’t even miss the bun, it was tasty. The service here is quick and the menu is simple. The only thing we were not fond of us the cheese on the animal fries thats about it!

We have always eaten in the restaurant, so I have no clue what kind of experience the drive thru is. However, inside it is always busy, yet somehow they are able to deliver fast and hot food every time. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful, and they always have smiles. The restaurant is clean, the menu simple, and we have always had a good experience.

Colorado Springs Tour: We are traveling and were so excited when we found out that In-N-Outs were in Colorado. We are from California but now live in Michigan. When we walked in we noticed right away how clean it was. It’s always nice to be greeted by employees upon entry and that’s what happened. Anna(I believe that’s her name)was very friendly! The food was super fresh tasting just like it is when served in Cali. The only difference was it wasn’t super crowded. Is send that Colorado folks haven’t caught on yet. You can’t beat the freshness and service of In-N-Outs!

Super sweet staff Madyson was such a cheerful person and perfect for her position! Thank you for the professionalism as well as being happy and bubbly also greeting customers! I did not see her stop smiling the whole time I’m in line. On top, she also offer sizes with hot chocolate and if I want marshmallow!!! (She knows how to sale also! Just by upsizing the chocolate for thoughtful move!!:D) She’s an angel! Made my day just that way!! Thank you for being a model of how things should be yet still holds happy personality in work environment! Much love for you and all hard working staffs at this beautiful location!
