Went here on a Saturday got bacon, eggs, and a waffle- everything was good. Really good. Went back the next day and got a T-bone, fried eggs, and a waffle- and barely made it back to the hotel before my stomach folded on me. Not sure which item made me sick, but will not be returning.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our experience at iHop today.
We came with our family for breakfast, hoping for a pleasant start to the day — but things didn’t go as expected.
First, we had to wait a very long time just to get inside, even though there didn’t seem to be a full house. Then, once seated, we had to wait even longer for our food, despite ordering simple breakfast items. The service was noticeably slow, and the staff seemed disorganized and not in a hurry to assist guests.
When the food finally arrived, it didn’t live up to the price — we paid around $25 per plate, but the quality definitely didn’t reflect that. The portions were okay, but the presentation and freshness left much to be desired. It didn’t feel dirty, but the overall appearance of the place looked outdated and unkempt, like it hadn’t been refreshed in a while.
We really wanted to enjoy our time, but unfortunately, the whole experience just felt disappointing.
We don’t plan to return.

Our breakfast was very good although a bit pricey for what you get. Our server, Essence, was exceptional. Always with a smile on her face. She really loves her job and it shows. I wish every server had her work ethic and attitude. The world would be a much better place.

We waited an hour for overpriced cold food. Once you get your bill, I’m almost sure you’ll do a double take. Look at what we paid for two people . This location isn’t kidding, it really is the International Bank of Pancakes. Bring your wallet and leave your taste buds.

Everything was great from the time we opened the door u til the time we left. We were greeted warmly, sat right away, Pam took excellent care of us. She kept our drinks full, food was accurate and delicious! This our second visit recently and both times were outstanding! Something is definitely different at this IHOP now, it is much different than I remember.

Had an amazing experience at IHOP thanks to Dez! From the moment we sat down, Dez was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Our drinks were always refilled, food came out hot and exactly as ordered, and the service was fast without feeling rushed. Dez’s positive attitude and great customer service truly made our visit special. Hands down one of the best servers we’ve ever had—ask for Dez if you come to this IHOP! ✨
