We stopped by McDonald’s before heading back home. Customer Service was excellent, drive thru was quick and efficient. Order was exact as we ordered. Food was hot, fresh to order, and very delicious. No issues. Our order and pickup time was seven minutes with about three cars ahead of us. Totally awesome experience.

Please, do not go to this McDonald’s on a Saturday around 8 PM. The service is terrible. I waited almost 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru for my order. When I looked through the window, I saw that most of the workers were teenagers laughing and playing around instead of doing their jobs. It’s really disrespectful to the customers who are waiting. Very disappointing experience.
I also asked for no American cheese on my sandwich, and they still added it. That shows they’re not paying attention to the customers’ requests. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

They have a young lady name Miss Shawna, She is most amazing lady to deal with she is sweet kind and caring. She always gives 110% to help her customers. Never seen anyone work that hard to make sure every customer is completely satisfied with their orders. She double checks every order so their isn’t any mistakes. Ask for her when you go in you’ll have the best service ever..

I came in and stood in the lobby for over 10 minutes while the employee was reading his tablet! Other employees were cleaning and working and this fella was too busy in his book
I was completely ignored and finally after another employee asked if he was going to take care of front counter he looked up and was completely rude like I was an inconvenience!!!!!

Dine in. This location is awesome we were so happy with our service. I’ve actually have never been to a McDonald’s this clean and filled with such hospitality. There was an awesome guy helping the food expo to our table. The Manager Sam was very welcoming and sweet. Thank you! It felt like the 90s McDonalds we knew and loved as kids.

Normally I don’t have problems here but tonight I made a mobile order at around at 10:51pm. I get to the restaurant at 11pm. I wait 10-15min still receive no food when nobody is in drive thru then see all the lights turn off. As I look around I see a single employee speed walking to their vehicle with their own food in hand and I ask “are you guys closed because I had a mobile order” they say “yes we closed 30min ago”. Last time I checked online closing time was 12am on Saturday so you’re telling me you’re closing an entire hour early while still accepting orders. How am I supposed to get a refund

Walked in. Everything was clean. Friendly employees. No line. Drive threw was packed. Ordered a medium mocha frappe and a large fry. Pleasant and easy experience. It only took 5 minutes to walk in, order, grab my order and walk back to the car. Quickest I have been to any fast food place.
Fries are hot and frappe is icy cold. Eveything tasted great.

Well, one thing in this town never changes, how horrible this location is.
As per usual, here’s a list of things that we’re missing tonight: juice, toy, sauce, fries. I shouldn’t have to constantly be checking my bag and going back in to get something.
Hot tip: hire people that are not constantly on their phones and pay attention to orders.

We went to this restaurant before seeing a movie at the Regency because it was the closest McDonald’s to the theater. The cashier seemed annoyed that we were there. We should have immediately left, but we were hungry and did not have time to make another stop. As you can see the restaurant was dirty and the cashier was on her phone. We had to clean a table just to sit down. We got the food and the fries were cold, but as long as it took to get our food I was not going to wait for more fries to cook. When I looked down at my burger I noticed that it was not completely cooked. When I finally was able to get someone’s attention they offered to remake the burger but I not willing to risk it. When I said the fries were cold I was told they were doing the best they could with only two employees. I saw three employees there so I guess one was a manager that was not helping. I was never offered a refund for this horrible experience. We threw away the fries and left to go to the movies. This visit was on Sept 16th at around 5:30 pm. After purchasing our movie tickets I called the number for customer comments. I left a lengthy message about my experience, but I never received a call from anyone at McDonald’s. I usually do not leave negative reviews, but since no one would even call me I thought I needed to make my experience public so maybe someone may avoid a bad night at this McDonald’s. If the restaurant was so under staffed it would have been better to only have the drivethru opened I would have understood that more than a dirty restaurant with staff that seemed stressed and indifferent. I hope they can get this restaurant fixed and not have to close it like they did the Harrison Ave location.

This was my very first time using the McDonald’s App. I placed just shy of a $30 order 6am. I pull up to the drive thru about 10 mins later and give them the code for my order and am told to pull to the first window. I get my order and immediately head home. Please keep in mind that I had ordered breakfast for several people and none of the order included any drinks (was all food). About another 10 mins later I get home and unpacking the order see that I have been shorted (2) of the (4) Sausage McMuffins. So I check the ticket to make sure I hadn’t made the mistake ordering. No, no mistake (4) are reflected on the receipt. So I then call the number for this McDonald’s printed on the receipt. A woman answers, never identifies herself. I explain the problem with my order from about 20 mins ago, and have been shorted (2) sausage McMuffins. She then tells me that they must have misunderstood me and only rang me up for (2) [I had ordered (2) Buy 1 get 1 for $1. Which totals (4) overall]. It’s reflected twice as BOGO on the receipt and showed twice]. I explained that I placed the order online and gave her the order number, at which time she basically talked over me, cutting me off & telling me “well, you can come back up here.” Not exactly what I had hoped for this morning trying to feed people before they left for work, but I said Okay I’ll bring my receipt. I took a picture of the complete order just as it came out of the bag before heading back to McDonald’s a 2nd time for this very same order. I get there and there is a line about 6 vehicles deep on the side of the building waiting their turns to pickup their orders and 2 deep at the order speaker. So I wait, once up to the speaker I explain how I had used the app, was shorted and called about it. I was told I could come back up. She asked which manager it was that I spoke with, and I told her I didn’t know as she never identified herself. But that it was about 15 mins ago. The same manager comes the speaker and asks “was this for 2 sausage biscuits?” To which I initially said yes, then as I pull to the first window I realized she had said sausage biscuit, not sausage McMuffin. So when I pull to the 1st window the girl initially asks me what I had been shorted. So I show her my receipt AND the picture of all the food. And I ask her also are these sausage and gravy biscuit platters? (Online first glance the menu pictures looks like 4 biscuits. So I wanted to make sure what I had was correct since I never had ordered this before or had used the app before. She initially told me NO, that’s just a biscuit and gravy. So I told her, well I guess I was shorted on that too. She tells me she’s going to get the manager. The Mgr is a woman about 5’9″ late 30’s – early 40’s, heavy set black lady. Once she walked to the window there was NO Apology of any kind. She never gave her name, and the look on her face was of disgust. I initiated the conversation telling her that I had ordered (2) of the BOGO Sausage McMuffin’s but had only . . And before I could finish she stuck her hand out to me thru the window while turning her head away from me and saying I need your receipt first. So I handed it to her. She glances at it and then says “So all you are missing is 2 sausage biscuits.” Uh, No. I ordered (4) Sausage McMuffins like is on the receipt and was shorted (2). And then I asked if that was a sausage biscuit platter in the picture as I showed her the picture of my order. She kind of side looks me while she shifts her weight from one hip to the other, and tells me “that’s a sausage platter, that’s what you ordered.” I said, “Okay, well I wasn’t sure and this is why I am asking”. At which point she just turned her back to me and walked away. The girl actually working the window appeared very embarrassed as she quickly stepped back up to the window and saying “Okay, we got you. We got you.” I was told to pull forward to the next window and I waited for several minutes. A polite young guy with tatts handed me my shorted items. Service was great, Manager has the wrong job.
