Mary at IHOP is absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. She kept our drinks refilled, made great menu recommendations, and checked on us just the right amount. You can tell she really cares about giving great service and making sure guests have a good experience. Because of Mary, our meal was even better than expected. IHOP is lucky to have her—definitely hope to be seated in her section again!

I ordered the breakfast sampler for the senior citizen 55+ and asked for my one egg to be over medium and was told that it did not come like that. They didn’t cook that type of egg. They only came scrambled after asking our waitress and she expressed that yes it comes as I asked for it, and when I called the manager, then she came back with a new egg that he made and now it’s over easy basically undone, so I’m gonna go terrible on the food. The waitress was awesome Kat. The cook was the only person back there and he only spoke. Spanish did not speak English and said he did not know how to makeover medium egg

Penny is an absolute joy and a great waitress, she is very attentive and checks on her customers frequently. The food was delicious and came out quickly. I haven’t been to this location in several years but after today’s experience, I’ll be back!

5/5 for me every time I go because our server is always so friendly, attentive and it’s usually dead when we go. We prefer going at night time because the servers are always kinder than the morning shift. We have gone a couple times in the morning and have always been disappointed so we prefer the night shift. I’m not sure what her name is but my boyfriend and I came in around 9pm-10pm and would love to say thanks. The server is usually different depending on the day I go but this server served us twice so want to recognize her for her work. It’s not a small business but we come back because of the night service. I also got the cali roasted turkey sandwich and they must’ve changed but it’s a lot better now. The turkey is thick slices and super flavorful. I love the added tomatoes, it’s like super sweet which helps with the dryness of the turkey. Everything pairs well with this. My boyfriend got the steak and eggs, something like that. He always enjoys it since they added it on the menu. I don’t expect ihop to have the best steak but it’s decent. Always looking forward to coming back because of the service and food.

2/14 @ 430pm We got our order to go and unfortunately I didn’t grab the waitress/hostess’s name, but she was top-notch So on it. She was all by herself, she had probably 6 guests, and then our order. We will definitely be back.

Came here today as a party of 16 for my son’s 2nd birthday. Staff was incredible. Very attentive, accommodating all of our family and friends, sang happy birthday. I pass another IHOP to get to this one but will come to this one every time. Thank you for making my boy’s day special and easy!!
