I would put zero. But it’s not an option. I went to get curbside pick up. Waited almost 45 minutes. As I saw all the cars go drive thru and leave. If they get to busy. Especially at certain times of day. Its understandable. But they shouldn’t offer a service they cant keep up with. I lost my points and my food bc I couldn’t wait any longer. And nowadays. The cashiers dont even pay attention to you as you walk in. So I didnt waste more time and left. Won’t be coming back here ever

Horrible service , waiting for more 15 minutes for a curve side pickup, ti was a little rain so I got inside the store and they told me that when is raining they do not take any food out so I ask them where in the app. Said that ??? If they don’t want to do it when is raining they should put it I. The app so is the customer option to wait or do drive through!! Food was cold !!

I ordered food in the mobile app and when I arrived the employee told the drive thru line they were closing early .. it was not the time the restaurant closes. And they did not refund my money … just took my money , told us to leave and deal with it through our banks … rude terrible service and I never got my money back

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, hot food, and very important… clean bathroom! The tables were wiped clean and chairs in their places. Food prep area was clean and organized as well. My nuggets were hot and the fries straight out of the fryer. I know it’s fast food but when the staff pay attention to the little details it makes for a more enjoyable meal. Well done.

Best when it comes to getting an excellent meal for an excellent price. When you’re in need of lunch or dinner this place has plenty of options to choose from. People are pretty alright and the place itself is no doubt modern in design and suitable in color.

I ordered through my phone as I always do. Then, my husband
went to pickup the order, as we always do and he was denied the service. I called them up, but they wanted me to drive there and show my physical phone. We have been doing this for a long time and now feel disrespected . I feel as we, who are regular and elderly customers were treated as delinquents. I hope they don’t charge me now (they said they won’t when I called)

I don’t usually write reviews but I was completely disgusted by the customer service these people provided. Came in with my sisters and boyfriend, all having our own app and wanting to get the $7 combo deal. They took are codes and ended up overcharging us. They said that the “code was to only earn points” but my app said that it had gone through. Therefore, they only gave us 1 order for the combo deal when we ALL had different apps, accounts, and codes. Not to mention that when we said it was gonna be 4 separate orders, they said the limit was 2. I had to tell the lady to get a manager because its ridiculous.
Since when does McDonald’s tell you there is a certain limit of orders? Not even a high class restaurant puts limits on stupid things like that. I was very upset with the situation because we usually don’t get Mcdonald’s, let alone take-out. And the one time we decide to go, trying to use the perks from the app, these people do the impossible to not let us save money and enjoy our experience.
