Usually ok but not ever really good here unfortunately.
Recently A live roach has come from here hanging onto a drink carrier, half done sandwiches and meat hanging outside of the box . That’s just gross and sloppy for how expensive it is!
Orders are visibly rushed, incorrect or missing items.

The service here is usually always good. I never have to wait very long for my food and it’s always been fresh food. The place stays pretty clean. The staff seem polite and most of the other customers I encountered here were polite as well. They do a good job and I eat here frequently. Try there Hamburgers, There better than any other fast food burger you can get in the area.

It’s a longer and the drive thru to order a 2 piece, chicken finger mill.For a kit, can it would be to order a whole family pack for someone on the inside?And on top of that, the ice cream machine was down so couldn’t get that couldn’t get the beverage I wanted because the beverage machine was down.It’s all in all this experience was a 2 out of 10 I don’t know who needs to be improved to make that a better experience for customers.Because I know I’m not the only one.Thank you

I truly can’t say enough good things about this location. I’ve been coming here for years. For over 18 years if I’m not mistaken. From now and as far back as I remember this location has always been great and embraced the local community and its southern hospitality. Each and every time I’ve visited here I have always been welcomed and valued. Any time my order has been incorrect in the slightest it is usually caught before I hit the window and corrected with accommodations. I always feel valued because in the rare occasion something is wrong with an order and I do mean rare it is made up to me by adding an extra drink or something of the value. The willingness to always make things right and to serve the customer in the most honest way possible makes the world of difference. I am a health food fanatic and can always make the excuse to fit this Arbys into my schedule for the week. This location and its staff have always been friendly, welcoming, accommodating and professional. Star has been at this location herself for years as well and has a pretty well trained staff. I’d like to give kudos to her and the staff at this location for a great experience every time. As someone who works customer service every day I do know how hard it is day in and day out to remain professional day in and day out. Thanks guys!

There’s tons of restaurants and other fast food places in this area. Go anywhere else. This place is unorganized, can’t get orders out on time and when they do, it’s not the whole order. Staff is inattentive. They also gave us punctured sauces, gross. Save your money and time for somewhere with competent employees.

Went threw drive thru friday night and again on tuesday evening both times in drive thru ask for ketchup and arbys sauce got home checked bags no sauce and no napkins i guess what customers want or ask for dont matter !

This place is terrible (at least during 2nd shift hours). I just threw away fries they put back in the fryer (as in, they fried them a second time). They weren’t even busy. They skimped on the meat. Obviously, I don’t expect it to look like the picture, but this was basically a glorified grill cheese. Another time, my sister tried ordering and they straight up ignored her. Again, they weren’t busy. Unless you consider three customers a rush. Now that I think about it, any good experiences I’ve had were during 1st shift hours.

I am giving this no stars. I ordered the Wagyu burger and it was completely raw. At this point. I am just hoping I don’t get sick because I swallowed some before I noticed. also, hoping nobody else orders it because raw meat could send somebody to the hospital and make them seriously sick!!!!!
