Great experience at this IHOP in Vegas! Our waitress Ester was amazing, and the manager Miguel was very attentive. They went above and beyond with excellent service and even explained the rewards system. Way better than the Strip—no crazy long lines. Food was fresh, and as a decaf coffee drinker, I really appreciated that they brewed a fresh batch just for me. Highly recommend

Even before, the entrance is confusing, it doesnt show Enter or anything like that.
At first, I dont know if its a new thing now where we get handed empty coffee cups so we can pour our own coffee? That never happened to me before. We had the Sirloin Tri Tips which are always perfect. Then I got my Chicken Biscuit Sandwich, it fell apart, it was soggy. I was really looking forward to a biscuit that didnt crumble before picking it up!
We had our dirty plates picked up, not by the waitress, but a guy that came from the back Miguel. I am guessing the waitress doesnt help out on that.
We believed this IHOP might need a little more help training their staff. Please put a sign on the entrance to let us know the entrance. Thank you!!

I had a great experience at IHOP in Las Vegas! The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly what we ordered. Everything tasted delicious, and the portions were generous.
Our waitress, Ester, was amazing—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask. She really made us feel welcome and taken care of.
The manager, Miguel, was also wonderful. He was professional, kind, and clearly cares about both the customers and the staff. It’s easy to tell this location is well-managed.
Overall, the service and atmosphere made this visit stand out. I would definitely come back and recommend this IHOP to anyone visiting Las Vegas!

I visit Vegas about once a month and always enjoy coming to this ihop. I often bring my family and we’re always greeted with a smile. Ester is amazing, she’s always in a great mood with great energy, which makes the experience even better. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere every time. Highly recommend!

Order is wrong and was given less that what I requested.
I asked for pancakes and add strawberries and whipped cream. Not banana pancakes. Also I asked to swap out the sausage for bacon. I was given 1 slice of bacon for exchange of two pork sausages.
I won’t be coming to this location again.
Pancakes were not very warm.
Bacon was cold.
Strawberries are still frozen and not fresh.

Food was delicious the service was excellent however, we were told the restrooms aren’t available for use that we would have to use the restrooms in the Casino. Why would we take our children through the casino to use a restroom when they are right there in the restaurant. They are fully accessible in the front.

Took awhile to be seated, and then they took us the wrong order (people who had been there longer didn’t get asked about their party, even though they were closer to the front). Waiter got an order wrong because he stopped listening. They had to remake food. Overall food was about as expected once we had it.
