My first and last time to eat at Chipotle Grill. Grossist burrito I’ve ever had. Who knew you would be charged for ever thing added to it. I know now why the dining room was empty when I came in. They were next door at Slims Chicken. I guess because they couldn’t afford a $20.00 burrito.

Flavors were as expected but the food was cold. I expected my food to be warm at best because I picked it up from the window. I had a five minute drive back to the hotel but when I started my meal the entire meal felt cold as if it were kept in a refrigerator. This is hands down the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Not only did we go 20 minutes out of of way to this location, all the boys were starving unlike any other. When I get to the first and most important station, I asked the lady for extra white rice and you would’ve thought she was trying to ration for 100 people. As you can see in the picture my burrito genuinely looks like a piece of laffy taffy. Never come here even if you are have not eaten for days and this is your only option.

Hands down my favorite chipotle. The ladies that work there are so kind and work so fast. I eat Chipotle at least twice a week and have visited at least a dozen others. Cullman is the best by far.

I experienced terrible service on Wednesday, September 10th. I arrived around 3:00 PM and noticed at least five crew members standing around, yet I received minimal assistance. When a crew member finally approached to take my order, I saw that there were very few fajita peppers available. I requested fresh ones, but instead of accommodating my request, she turned to another employee who bluntly told her No go to the drive-through bar for my fajitas. This lack of customer service and unwillingness to meet my needs was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this Chipotle again.

The only way to describe this Chipotle is “eh.” When we arrived at 1 pm they were out of both kinds of rice, chicken, black beans and ice. The service was sort of spotty, even though they weren’t busy. Maybe they had just finished a rush. It wasn’t very clean and we ended up using baby wipes to get a table clean enough to eat from. We both got chicken bowls but were charged for one steak bowl and one chicken bowl. Probably wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

Staff puts 3 huge scoops of rice and 1 level spoon of meat. For me,it’s not worth the cost, bc, I only get rice,chicken and cheese in my bowl, and I pay $10.57. The food is good if you pay for extra meat but otherwise it just doesn’t make sense.

I order online! On an app and the food was terrific the best chipotle I’ve ever had!! I called to ask a question but the answering was awful!! They definitely need to change that!! But the employee Katie I spoke to apologized and took care of it!!! She was friendly polite apologetic even tho it wasn’t her fault and took care of me!!! I’ve had chipotle a few times and this one was LITERALLY THE BEST!!!!!
