Pittsfield, MA has several Dunkin locations, but this one seems very busy, with cars backed up in the drive thru lane onto the adjoining street. If you are thinking about coming here, best to order ahead with the Dunkin app and do an in-store pick up. There is a nice gazebo with plenty of seating in the back if you want to sit down. This location gets an extra star for the gazebo.

Disorganized, to say the least. Had to wait TOO LONG for simple service at the counter, because workers were tripping over each other trying to get the backed-up drive thru moving. Customers behind me in line actually left because it was taking too long. Need one person dedicated to counter service and then, once your indoor customer’s orders are taken; dealt with, THEN help out at the drive thru!! On top of that, there was apparent miscommunication? and we received one donut other than what we asked for.

I went inside because the drive thru was backed up. Very quick service. However after seeing how dirty the inside was I just got an iced coffee and skipped purchasing food. This has to be the dirtiest DD I have been in.

Normally you’d have to pay $100/plate for a view like this but here Dunkin Donuts is in the most spectacular location in the Berkshires!

It was shocking. All of the employees were hanging outside smoking, etc. we waited at the counter for a while but no one came inside to take any order. It’s a dirty place with the worst customer service. All of the employees were outside for at least the whole time we were here at least for 15+ minutes.

When it takes more than 10 minutes just for the two cars ahead of you to order and get their stuff, you know it’s not going well. Then I sat at the pickup window for another 10 minutes waiting for something that required no prep at all, while watching five employees running around like chickens with no idea what they were doing. Trust me—skip this location. You don’t want food from here.
