We came with a big group for a deal and had lots of adults and kids and CiCi totally took care of us. She was so kind and helped us get our food quickly. With everything we asked, she gave it to us quickly and went above and beyond. Everytime I’ve come to this location I’ve had a great experience, but today’s went above and beyond. Thank you CiCi!

It’s been a while since we came here. Now I remembered why; I got the Split decision breakfast with their new cold brew coffee. The bacon is underdone, not fully cooked nor crispy, the French toast needs more flavor, no powdered sugar or cinnamon to it. I substituted hash browns instead of pancakes, it has good flavor but needs to be cooked more. The iced coffee have more cream than coffee, made me nauseous. My husband got the chicken fried steak, it was really good. It has good flavor to it. He said the coffee is not bad.

I love IHOP & have never had a bad experience at this location. So this must have been an off day for them. So my ratings for this location isn’t a typical one I would give. I’ll definitely be back, hopefully they will have their game back!

Well if I could do less than one star I would. Our waitress was horrible. We waited almost an hour for our food and I was even trying to help the waitress to bring the condiments before our food which she of course never brought out. We ended up leaving before we got our food. Worst service ever. our waitress liked to hide in back and never checked on her tables. We waited almost twenty minutes just for her to greet our table and she walked by us four times. Very inefficient in waitressing. stag manager got us the food out and we had ten minutes to eat. Such a bummer.

The waitress was very sweet but not the hostess. The food used to be good years ago. The food we got this this time was not good at all, it was not fully cooked, the avocado was dark and there was a bug on one of the plates, so disappointing.

The French Toast combo was very good. We ate late night. Southwestern bowl was missing a couple of ingredients, but tasty. They were very short staffed. The staff was very nice and were working hard. Some customers were very rude and impatient . IHOP needs to hire more employees and pay them better to keep staff.

The food here is exactly the quality that you’d expect from a normal IHOP. I came here on a busy Sunday morning and found that all of the employees were still friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a wait on that Sunday morning but it was more reasonable than a different breakfast restaurant we tried down the street.

This was the most abysmal service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. I placed a carry out order and arrived shortly after the order was quoted to be completed. None of the staff knew where my food was but kept telling me it was being prepared. Finally after 20+ minutes of waiting I was informed my food had just been started and it was over an hour after the order was placed that my food was ready. Your manager on duty, Rhonda, is the most incompetent employee I have ever met. She has no idea what is going on in her store, is less than zero help, and get rude disrespectful and defensive when asked anything. There were at least 3 other people waiting there in the same boat as myself. If i could give zero stars I would. I will never go here again and will advise anyone that asks to do the same.

Server was painfully slow. Seated immediately. Table was dirty. Server took a long time to come. Order coffee with creamer. Brought the coffee and no creamer. Took a long time to finally bring the creamer. Had to ask for the coffee carafe. Food came relatively quick and was ok, very small portions compared to price. Poor value. Biggest complaint was the slow, lackluster, could care less service. Probably won’t return.
