I was traveling to Houston, and the little minions were hungry, so we decided to stop by IHOP for breakfast. We were seated right away on a busy Saturday morning. This IHOP is definitely one of the cleaner ones, even the bathrooms were spotless! That alone deserves two stars because, if you know, you know.
Our server was quick and attentive. The boys enjoyed their breakfast. Me… on the other hand, did not enjoy the sirloin tips. They were way too sweet, and no amount of hot sauce could fix it. Our sweet server just took it off our bill completely without me even asking. She offered if I wanted anything else, but we were on a time limit, so I declined.
That’s great customer service! If we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely be back. I just wish I remembered her name. Blah!

We come to IHOP often, and every time we visit, we ask for Maria because she consistently provides outstanding service. One day when I wasn’t feeling well, she even gave me some of her own cough drops, which truly meant a lot to us. We absolutely love her!
Today she was working with Jason, and he was just as attentive—constantly checking on us and making sure everything was perfect. We can already tell he’s going to do a great job there.
We received exceptional customer service from both of them and will definitely keep coming back because of them!

Isabella was a very attentive and courteous server. Greeted promptly and was there if I needed her. The food was one of the best plates I have had at ihop, the hashbrowns and eggs cooked perfectly I am leaving with a smile on my face today

I came in there for a meal with my husband, my server AJ was attentive and polite. I also was greeted by a lady named McKenna, believing she was the manager there. She was so sweet and had the kindest smile and she complimented my shirt which made my night better.

The service was good. Waitress was very attentive. She apologized for the kitchens failed attempt to make a proper omelet. The build your own omelet came out with the added ingredients on top of the omelet. they are supposed to be in it! The omelet was also supposed to have extra cheese that my grandson ordered in it. The extra cheese was missing

Our server Vickie was very nice and professional but the cooks didn’t make my omelette the way I wanted at all and I wasn’t very impressed with the food, it didn’t all that good and not as good as all the other times I’ve ordered it. It seems like the cooks might get upset or fight with the servers if they have anything to say about their food. They didn’t even add my extra cheese and they didn’t put the meats and choices I picked inside the omelette, seems like they just filled it with hashbrowns and they thought they could get away with giving me barely any bacon or ham and not putting it inside the omelette, I mean how hard is it to throw a few things inside the omelette??

My server Vicki was the absolute best. The epitome of class, hospitality and customer service. I bet Thanksgiving dinners are always at her house and bring the best memories for the family.

When I went it was nice and the service was awesome. My waiters name was Natalie and I have to say she was very polite and we told a few jokes together, I got shrimp and fish and oh boy that was probably one of the best fish and shrimp I’ve tried in a while. Natalie was very nice and said have a great day and sometimes a compliment can just make u feel apart of something and I did. Since she was so nice and food was great I tipped her 25$ Ihop keep up the great work
