Definitely not the best place to start your morning. We were given dirty silverware and cold chicken. It took 15 minutes just for someone to take our order, nearly 30 minutes for the food to arrive, and another 30 minutes just to get the check despite the restaurant only having a few occupied tables. The staff felt unfriendly, the space wasn’t clean, and even the pancakes were poorly served. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

The service was excellent; the staff were very kind and attentive. The food took a bit of time, but it was fine since we were enjoying time with family. The table was clean and well-maintained.
However, water was only served after we requested it. The only real issue was the banana slices—they were overly ripe and dark in the center. Aside from that, everything else was good.

The establishment looked nice and well-maintained. The interior of the restaurant was clean. When I visited for dinner, the night was super cold. There was not much customers in the restaurant. I enjoyed the very quiet dinner there. The server was super friendly, polite and helpful. The T-bone steak was ordered and the medium rare was asked. However, it looked like and tasted like well-done. The omelette was quite salty. As expected, the food was very greasy.
I enjoyed the dining environment at the night and gave the credit to the great service. But the food was just fine.

A perfect example of shrinkflation. Prices keep rising while portions keep getting smaller. Just a few years ago, pancakes at IHOP were almost the size of the plate—now they’re practically silver-dollar sized.

We went for dinner to this place, unfortunately it was on a day where they had some pancakes offer going on, the place was packed to the max. It took nearly 30 minutes to get seated. Once seated, we ordered and the food came a bit late but no cutlery to eat. The floor was super dirty. Then we got the food, we couldn’t differentiate kids chicken tenders and adults meal, didn’t want to reason to our server, poor guy he was overwhelmed and overworked. We just left after eating what we got. our kids Mac and cheese was straight out of the Kraft box in the grocery store.

The absolute BEST service and the food tasted great! Have not been to IHOP in a hot minute but I’m so glad I took the kids here today! Our server, Marilyn G, was phenomenal and so helpful when my kids were having a hard time ordering. She was so patient and understanding and just amazing!

I was running door dash last night. Order was placed at 12:18am. I got to the store at 12:25am. I waited for twenty minutes. There was not a single customer in the restraunt. But the staff was have a great time in the kitchen. I even heard the waitress say hey I need this order. Fifteen minutes later I hear where are the had towns.

Went here after work with my boyfriend and friend.. first of , our server didn’t tell us her name , forgot our drinks cause I’m pretty sure the drinks supposed to come out before the food , took our orders , messed up our orders , food was cold & when I confronted I’m assuming the manager a Caucasian lady , she didn’t seem to care , our server didn’t bother to check in with us or anything. So I absolutely didn’t even leave a tip . Top of that , they didn’t even give us silverware or napkins to begin with . Definitely the worst ihop experience . Never coming back to this ihop ever again.

Good service, foods, fair price. Consider dennys left tulsa, Ihop is really good. Frisco texas look desserted like tulsa. had the beeftip, hashbrown, sccramble eggs, and strawberry cheesecake pancake. She had T-bone, mash potatoes, broccoli, salad.
