I had an incredible experience at this IHOP! From the second we walked in, the entire staff was friendly, high-energy, and incredibly attentive. You can tell the team really works well together to keep things running smoothly.
What stood out most was the manager. They were right there in the thick of it, helping the crew and acting as a true part of the team rather than just watching from the sidelines. They checked in on our table multiple times to ensure everything was perfect and that we were being well taken care of.
It’s rare to see that level of leadership and genuine care. Great food, but even better service. We will definitely be back!

We ordered the 4 burger family meal. We did not receive the Veggies to go with the burgers. I should have checked before I left, especially after I tipped but I was in a hurry so I just went with trusting the employee’s word that everything was there. I wont make that mistake again. So we ended up with dry plain burgers. The atmosphere would be ok other than employees singing random songs loudly, possibly distracting the young lady from making sure i got my vegetables to go with my burgers.

When we went in, there was not another table in sight, the gentleman that sat us was unusual, that’s fine and all. Then I went to the bathroom .. I was disgusted. For how slow it was, I would not expect a bathroom to be this nasty. I go back to the table and move the coffee container(neither of us had coffee) and it was old and nasty with stains all over the pour spout. The drinks came out in Togo cups (which honestly was preferred since I didn’t think the dishes would be clean) the food was delicious but ordered extra cooked just in case because I was nervous about cleanliness seeing the state the bathroom was in.

Went with my 5 year old son. We were seated immediately, drinks came out in a very timely matter, we ordered, food was amazing, service was outstanding, which made me very happy because usually when it’s just the two of us we get slow and crappy service. Karina was our server and totally awesome! The manager Zaid came to check on us and see how we enjoyed everything and was so sweet to my autistic son, he seems to have a gift for talking to kids, very refreshing! We will definitely be back again! I was hesitant to go back to IHOP after my last experience at one in Grand Prairie, but so glad I did and tried the location in Fort Worth.
