Big new Yorker Pizza was ordered 20 min before hand. Get there and get told 5 minutes till it’s ready. No biggie. After 12 min, I ask about it and get told it’s gonna be a few minutes before it’s cut.

Very racist and bad customer service, will not return, I arrived for a paid carry out, good thing I didn’t tip inadvace, stood there a while, all the white faces looked at me with direct eye contact and continued working,I said hello about 3 times, they all ignored me, I sat down and finally after 3 mins ‘ which it felt like’ the young child noticed me, he too wondered around before saying something to me while he was on his phone. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Placed an order for delivery – coming by door dash. They left the store, traveled in the opposite direction – probably another order, and then back, to me. Took over 30 minutes from the time it left the store to get to me. It was cold. And I mean cold. The person driving did not have it in an insulated bag. And part of the order was missing. When i called i was told because “they didn’t have any”. Im sorry. So i paid for something you did not have, you did not call me to let me know or offer a substitute. I guess you though I would not notice part of my order was missing and that it was Ice cold. Now, I get to cook the dinner I ordered that was supposed to be hot without everything I ordered. I have been a Pizza Hut customer for well over 30 years. I think it might be time to not be one any longer.

Good food prepared exactly as ordered. Wait time was a bit long but things are normally busy on a Saturday night. Allow for extra time when picking up your order on a busy night (Fridays and Saturdays).
